Yes, Iver Johnson made a 10 gauge Single bbl. I currently have one and have just finished putting it back together. I also have a 12 gauge just like it that shows patent dates in 1902 but the 10 is older by several thousand pieces. All parts a pretty much the same except for the pivot pin. A 22 WMR cartridge should be a bit too fat for a 22 LR chamber. If the magnum shells will go into the cylinder but it is NOT marked 22 WMR, I wouldn't shoot it at all! If it IS marked as a magnum, don't use standard 22s.

The Wards Western Field Model 46B was made by Mossberg. The model numbers cross-reference show that there were several model numbers for the same rifles depending on who the rifle was manufactured for. The approximate years of manufacture range from 1938 - 1949, depending on configuration of parts, such as sights, trigger guards, stocks etc. This is the best information I have been able to come up with so far. I just paid $45 for one in around 75% condition, with a good leather holster from the same era. I have seen them go at auctions from $40 - $75. Check Iver Johnson's Arms and cycle Works, only located in Fitchburg, MA. USA from 1891 to 1933? Catalog published called Iver Johson's Firearms 1871-1993 costs around $40.00 with values, photos, etc. The first sealed 8 revolver 22 cal, was in late 1800's single safety auto external hammer. 2nd/3rd models 1896-19-1941 with double post latch system. These types of guns killed W. McKinley and Robert Kennedy.
If it's in very good condition, maybe about $125 or so. I have one and it is very accurate.
