i don't know what the first recorded word would be and i think you'd have trouble finding that answer, however:

Inuzuka, or 犬塚 when used in reference to the clan in the Naruto anime and manga series, roughly translates to "dog mound," where "mound" is the word used to indicate burial sites or homes of some creatures, like ants (and anthills). It does not mean "house" or "clan," as some sites state; the Japanese word for "family/clan," is 属 (zoku), not "zuka." In order for the character to have a "z" sound, it is written out (in Hiragana) like so: づか, (tzuka, or duka) rather than ずか (zuka), the more common character for the "zu" sound.

A variety of kanji can be read as "kon", but one of the most common is 今 (ima) which means "now."

二世 /ni sei/ is a term literally meaning 'second generation' and in this sense is referred to people born of Japanese parents but in other countries than Japan.

For what I here, "puni" basically comes from Puni Puni Poemy. In the Super Mario series the word "Puni" is a pun on the word "puny", meaning "small".

tsubasa means wings.
