The PTO generators are used on the agricultural industry. These generators are usually used on tractors or other agricultural vehicles in order to provide additional energy.

This is caused by the float needle not sealing properly. To fix it right you will need to remove the carburetor and at the minimum give it a good cleaning. Depending on what you find once you are in there you may have to get a rebuild kit and rebuild it. If it still runs good and only leaks the gas through when it is not running you can get by with just putting a inline fuel shutoff valve in the gas line and shut the gas off when you aren't using the tractor.

Of course my preference would be the repairing of the carburetor. Once you do that you don't have to worry about remembering to shut off the valve or turn it on when you want to use it.

The 3130 is the European version of the 2840, and that tractor takes 20 qts (5 gal) of coolant to fill the radiator and cooling system.

For your John Deere 260 skid steer, you can use any high-quality hydraulic oil that meets the J20C specification, which includes alternatives like ISO 46 hydraulic oil. Be sure to check the manufacturer's guidelines to ensure compatibility. While Hy-Gard is recommended, there are other brands that provide good performance at a lower cost. Always ensure the oil is clean and free of contaminants before adding it to your machine.

If you mean the STX 38, the ignition coil is underneath the top engine cover. First you must remove the circular screen cover on top of the engine. Remove the three small bolts inside the center cup and then remove the bolts holding down the outer ring. The outer ring and screen should lift right off with little effort. Then remove the bolts on the top-side portion of the engine cover (there are about 7 or 8 of them going around the engine) -one of them holds the oil dipstick tube in place. 3 of them bolt the cover directly down to the engine block. Once all of those are out, the engine shroud (cover) lifts right off and there, in the center of the motor is the ignition coil held down by 2 bolts. A single wire feeds the coil and the spark plug wire exits the coil. Remove the feed wire, remove the plug wire from the plug, unfasten and remove the old coil and replace. Reinstall the cover and upper screen assembly and you're all done. You'll need a 1/4 drive socket set and that's pretty much it. If you take your time, you should be done in 30 minuts or so.

BTW, the gap should be set at 0.010" between the ignition module (coil) and flywheel.

John Deere 318 Onanhorizontal-shaft engine has a front-mounted PTO electric clutch that drives a pulley. A tension-adjusting spring-loaded double-pulley set is frame-mounted below the electric-clutch. This drive set has two pulleys attached parallel to each other but on opposite sides. Their axis is 90 degrees rotated compared to the PTO pulley. That drive set is attached to the frame by pins which fit into frame slots. Belt tension holds it in place.

Insert your belt loop up through the drive set, wrapping it onto both drive pulleys.

If you wish, you may remove the drive set from the frame to start the belt fitting, but that's not necessary. Rotate the front drive set's spring-tension-adjusting knob until its indicator points to the position marked as "Install."

Wrap the belt around the PTO clutch sheave which twists the belt a quarter turn

between the PTO pulley and the two drive set pulleys.

The belt runs down from the PTO clutch pulley, twisting 90 degrees onto the two drive set pulleys, then horizontally back, twisting in the opposite direction another 90 degrees then wraps around mower deck's drive pulley.

To provide some slack during fitting, push the spring-loaded right-side drive set

pulley "up" into the spring tension.

After fitting the belt with V-side seated into each pulley wrap, rotate the mule drive's

spring-tension adjusting knob until its tension-indicator points toward the drive set top. That applies the factory-suggested belt tension preload. If you encounter belt slippage during wet conditions as may occur when cutting juicy weeds which reduces belt-to-pulley friction, consider increasing belt pre-load tension as a compensation strategy. The factory spring-pre-load tension balances slippage against belt service life for the most commonly encountered conditions. When conditions are dryer again, reduce belt tension back to factory suggested value.

According to the owners manual,...no. Similar to older vehicles with manual transmissions, not required as long as a good quality lubricant was added. John Deere transmission oil is top notch (same used in their heavy duty tractors), and as long as there is no contamination or fod introduced from leaving the cap off, there shouldn't be any need to flush. However, being a jet mechanic (working on Boeing 757s & 767s), I occasionally flush fluids in all my equipment ,...just like the airlines do as a preventative measure. It really can't hurt as long as you use the exact same lubricant. Switching fluids every time some Joe comes out with another 'wonder' product can potentially harm seals, vanes, and valving. Now engine oil & filter, and especially servicing the air filter are a completely different story as they are constantly subject to contamination via fuels, dust, water, combustion by-products. We had a 2030, and used 3 16in plow bottoms, but you probably could do 4 depending upon your soil, rocks ect.

Since John Deere no longer makes leaf blowers and the age of it, I would figure about 250.00.

It sounds like a vacuum leak allowing air to enter the engine after the choke. The carb could also be dirty and not allowing enough fuel through it for the amount of air you are supping.
