Its simple, just go through the OBC list available in the website of NCBC . Similarly go through the AP Govt. BC casts list group BC-E. You will find certain castes like Katika,qureshi, achukatlavandlu etc. in both the lists.
The casts appearing in both the lists are eligible for OBC certificate.
