I think you mean ultima weapon, and the materials needed are 7 orichalcum +, 1 orichalcum, 1 mythril crystal, 1 dense crystal, 1 twilight crystal, and 7 serenity crystals. You also need the ultima weapo recipe which can be found where donald and goofy were sleeping ( in the pods) in a treasure chest. You also need to have your moogle up to level 2, so that it can cut the recipe in half, because there is only 7 orichalcum + in the game, they are found in -

Well...it's basically the same game as KH2....it just has added cutscenes. More cutscenes of the Organization...what they're planning. And I think you get to battle Roxas once too...
Two conceivable ways are that DiZ, after being unsuccessfully attacked by Roxas, forced Roxas out of the virtual town and reunited him with the real Sora, or that the virtual Twilight Town has enough of a spiritual connection with the real Twilight Town (implied as the real Pence seems to recall Sora in some way, which should've been impossible) to allow Roxas to reunite with Sora through dataspace.
The latter seems to be the one people just follow to save themselves the thinking, though I agree that it's an anomaly missed by the creators; we can only speculate to decide what actually happened.

She's not really a nobody, she is a puppet who was created by the Organization XIII to steal the memories of Roxas in order to become the new keyblade wielder. It was a plan as a safe guard in case Roxas proved to be a failure or decided to go rogue. Roxas is not entirely a nobody, he is a nobody with a heart, and that heart is Ventus'. Ventus and Roxas are the same person, except with Sora's memories.
People wonder why did Sora lost his memories in the first place, this question hasn't been answered. To my theory, Naminee was the one who scattered Sora's memories when she became a nobody while the Organization forced her to. She was later rescued by Ansem the Wise and decided to collect Sora's memories back.
