The one that you likely missed was outside of the main gates. look out across the floating blox( i say floating because there isn't anything there in the first game when you visit) and you need to hit a switch to start the sequence for hitting the red button

1 hit the blue button to start the sequence
2 cross over the set of blox over the big gap
3 battle a few heartless and hit the red switch. move a little farther after the sequence area to the final crest piece

Make sure that you get the rare prize blox to the right of the landing area before ending the sequence. if you don't, you won't be able to get it unless you replay the world

Stand in front of the rock and use the 'reveal secret' combination on the alethiometer (sun, chameleon and horse). The rock will glow and there'll be an open option. Go through the rock and you'll be in another room; go slightly to the right and Pan will automatically unlock the raccoon form.

Its because of how long the game is, like the game has alot of info in it so it takes awhile to load everything or something might be wrong with the disk. It might be because it might have dirt on it so wash it off then wipe off with a paper towel. Its always a good idea not to get a used game because it can have scatches on it.. Also, if you get a load game with scartches and it works find at first, it might not work during one point of the game so you work for nothing. Also, if you can only find used games or not the game your looking fo at the store or anystore, you can always buy it online.
