Released in 2010, Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep is a Playstaion Portable game that explains of the events occurring approximately 10 years before the action the original Kingdom Hearts. You have to complete a character or two's story in Normal, Proud, or Critical Mode. Beginner's mode will not do the trick.

Each finishing spell has its own color. Yellow is based on how much experience you gain from enemies. For example. Ven's 2nd lvl finish commands are red, blue, and yellow. You get the red one by having his "finisher" selected, and using firestorm a certain amount of times. With the blue one, use fever pitch and it'll become available. After the 2nd levels are complete, they'll branch off into 3rd lvl commands, which grow based on how much exp is gained while using that particular color's transformation. (I.e. green= thunder, silver=wingblade, etc...)

I don't think he does die--as far as I know--because Lea is turned into a Heartless and the Nobody known as Axel, which appears in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories (both Re: Chain of Memories and the original) and Kingdom Hearts 2. He joins Isa (soon to be Saix, only the "I" in his Nobody name has 2 dots on top) walking through Radiant Garden in Birth By Sleep, which should have been obvious from gameplay, and meet Ventus, who defeats Lea in a little brawl and they become friends. Anyway, they join the team of apprentices of Ansem the Wise and become Nobodies, which Sora fights in the original KH story with Sora and such. I hope that helps!

just keep blocking and countering, make sure you install the health recovering block ... that's all i can say. i keep getting him down to the last health bar but then my timing with the commands gets all screwed up... frustrating...

Are you talking about the first one only? If so then don't read the rest, but I will tell you who dies in KH1, Re: Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days, and KH2. You are about to see so many spoilers if you are reading this sorry!
Kingdom Hearts 1- No one really you kill a lot of bosses + Maleficent, but in the second one Maleficent comes back to life and brings back the Disney bosses with her. And Ansem you think dies too.
Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories- Sora Mode- Vexen, Larxene, Axel ( who you think dies but doesn't he just teleports back to the Castle that never was.) and Marluxia. Reverse/ Rebirth Mode ( Riku)- Lexaeus, Zexion and Ansem.
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days- Alot of Heartless just like all the others. Mostly Heartless bosses( No Disney Bosses) , you get to fight Saix( he doesn't die yet), and Xion dies.
Kingdom Hearts 2- I'm not sure if any Disney bosses actually die or not. Okay there is the rest of Organization XIII so i will list them out. Demyx, Axel ( he basically kills himself if you play the game you'll see but he's not suicidal or anything.) , Luxord, Saix, Xigbar, Xaldin and Xemnas.
I don't have a PSP so I haven't played Birth by Sleep yet sorry!

There is many shot locks for aqua. 3 of them are in chests,2 on the command boards, 4 in the arena, one from fruit ball, and a rare one from command charges.
Chests:
Rainbow shower- deep space
Thunder storm- castle of dreams
Absolute zero- enchanted domain
Command board
Ragnarok- land of departure
Metor shower- castle of dreams
Fruit ball (mini game in Disney land)
Defeat captain justice (he's the last one)- chaos snake
Arena:
900 medals- flame burst
1600 medals- photon charge
2500 medals- bio barrage
Defeat level 20 of the arena- shiny bloom
Command charge
Thunder+thundera (rare)- lightning ray
