I certainly would not let anyone jab a needle into it. After begging my doctor he told me he would not drain it. So I had to stay on the couch for 6 weeks. Oh yeah and it happened when i was trying to show my cousin that i could jump off a 1 and a half foot dirt hill. Now 2 years later my knee is a tiny bit swollen and it hurts if I walk on it too LONG. I wish I would have had it drained. The lump also ozzed puss. There is slight discoloration
