I suspect hundreds have sank either by human intention and storms and he such. No one seems to know exactly. The park rangers so not seem to have any records regarding the sinking of ships/boats on Lake Mead. I suspect there are even a few planes and cars down in that water. And we won't even count the number of bodies that have been thrown in or buried around that big old man made lake. We know of a bomber that is down in the muck of that lake. And everyone is hoping to be around when it surface. What a gem that would be, a time capsule from 1945. The way the water is going down, it shouldn't be long and it will appear.
