Get a faction and go to Nexus Tower from Nimbus Station. Talk to Nexus Naomi the electronic device and she will give you a patyhh to the faction leader of your choice. When you get to Nexus Tower, follow the green path on the map until you find him.

Umm... I don't think so. I know for sure that you can't for PS3 cause I got it for PS3. It's worth getting even without multiplayer. I think it's the best game I've played in my life (and I've been playing video games for a long, long, long, long time).
