Likely as not, no. See, 95% of the world's cultivation of yams are grown in West Africa. The remainder originated from Africa and have been developed for the areas they are grown.
As trade between Africa and Plymouth Colony, there were no yams at the first Thanksgiving.
There were probably sweet potatoes, but sweet potatoes are not yams.
No, don't bother arguing. Tomatoes are fruit, strawberries are not a berry and are a vegetable, and sweet potatoes aren't even remotely related to yams.

I believe it is when they malt out of their skin and they move in to a different skin. Kind of like shedding it. But I don't now if this is truly true, so don't take my word for it. I'm not saying it definitely isn't correct. It may be.

The answer is: YES! ABSOLUTELY! IT IS A LOBSTERS 2nd MOST FAVORITE THING TO DO! The 1st thing that New England lobsters love to do is to FIGHT WITH EACH OTHER! I've had 2 New England lobsters in a large aquarium for a very long time now. They are tireless diggers and burrowers. They use their mandibles and front walker legs as a V-shaped bulldozer to push sand and dirt into small mountains and dig perfect gopher holes under the seafloor. They do this relentlessly and very efficiently.

What are members of the mollusk family?
There are many different types of molluscs but the major divisions are the bivalves (clams, oysters, mussels), the gastropods (snails, slugs, nudibranchs) and the cephalopods (octopus, squids, cuttlefish). And actually, there are a number of more obscure groups, such as the chitons, and a few other more obscure groups that contain worm like creatures, and more primitive mollusc like animals, such as the tusk shells. We know that these more obscure molluscs are part of the same group, because they have the same larvae, and some of the same adult features of more commonly known molluscs.
