Yes it is. Any individual who is wearing clothing or displaying images that are the same as others who commuted crimes can be classified as a gang member. There have been 10 distinct logos since the series started in 1963. It doesn't quite work out to one per Doctor because the Ninth and Tenth Doctors shared the same logo (though it underwent a bit of a revamp with the Tenth Doctor, so some consider it to be a separate logo). When you mean with print, printing the logo on a shirt and selling it then no, because its illegal to sell stuff that isn't really made by the real producers e.g Adidas, Puma, Nike. You cant just print something that isn't original.

it has two Cs together but one C is backwards it similar to the DC shoe brand logo you can go on google images and type in ''COCO CHANEL LOGO'' and it will show you the picture of it

The three dots going up signfies the growth in business. The four dots on the right side signifies acquiring new clients/ business and the left five dots signifies the old/ first clients which convergys always remember.
