The Lotto does not pay anything for one number, except in the 5-4-3-2-1 game, where you can choose one number. Through the bookmakers it is possible to bet on one number coming up. So if you have specifically bet to choose a single number and that number comes out, then you win something.

I think that you can win to up to about 100,000 million tops. And when the government takes half of the money for taxes ( Ask me and I don't think their using the "taxes" properly) you would probably have only about 50 million left. Scratchers do give a pay out sooner then lotto(s) do, but alas lotto gives you more money and more bigger hope to win big cash. Sometimes scratchers do give a lot of money, but when do you about a person winning million(s) of dollars from a scratchers.

So my conclusion is neither matters because scratchers and lotto(s) have the same odds, but remember don`t go over board with gambling (even though you might think scratchers and lotto(s) aren`t considered gambling I believe it is.)

No you cant . Plus, if someone steals it now its their tickets the government wont do anything about it. Maybe you should read the rules when you do the lottery ;)
