i apply the shadow fist then the liner that way u dont smer the liner i also finf that if you have smaller eyes then it is best to just aply liner to the top lid, aplying it to the bottom tends to make eyes look smaller!!!!!

Well me, I like to put on eyeliner first, cause it is easier. The reason why is when I put on foundation or compact, I don't want to get that all over my fingers, so I put on eyeliner first, then everything else. I have small eyes, and it is hard to put on liquid eyeliner...

I always use my foundation as my eyeshadow primer! It worked amazing with me and it leaves me with less worry about the primer making my eyelids lighter or darker than my skintone. It also keeps the eyeshadow put in place It might not work with all foundations though, I use Clinique Almost Makeup foundation (the one with spf 15) it's amazing!

Well remember that black goes with anything so what i suggest is some sort of smokey eye look. It can be any color, a purple smokey look is pretty with black.

1: put a base or primer on your eye (creamy white or ivory colored eye shadow)

2: Lightly put a light shade of purple on-top of the base

3: high light the brow bone with a shimmery light silvery gold eyeshadow

4: blend a somewhat light to dark shade of purple on the eye lid (not too dark a shade but not too light a shade)

5: then, in the crease of your eye blend in a dark shade of purple, be careful not to get it on the eye lid it self.

6: take a black or dark brown eye liner and line the lash line, it doesn't have to be perfect

7: lightly smudge the liner into your lashes as much as you can (try to use an angled brush for this)

8: Coat your eyelashes with mascara, put eye liner on the bottom lashes if you want. Personally i don't advice it seeing as this purple smokey eye is already dramatic.

Yep! Just take a few colors of open polish. With a toothpick, randomly drop one or 2 drops of each color on the already painted nail. Drag a clean toothpick through all of the dots in a swirl design. Then put on a topcoat!

It would depend on the severity of the wound, if your eyelid was closed then your eye will probably just feel sore. If you damage your eye (aka: have trouble seeing or feel irritation when you blink) you should: stab the other eye so that your vision is equal in both eyes <--joke; clean out the eye by gently flushing with lukewarm water (if you are worried about debris); and contact your doctor because you could develop an infection and he or she may be able to prescribe you medication for pain and to improve the speed of healing.

Think about this logically if you have a layer of makeup on your skin how can your proactive get through to clear up your acne? It can't. Instead put on your proactive right before bed after you wash off your make up and then you can wear make up during the day.

The best way for me to apply makeup preferably foundation would be to use a damp sponge as it applies the foundation more evenly. And to apply the rest of your makeup i would recommend using makeup brushes.

You're talking one of the pencils you twist to make the product come out? If you want a sharp line with those, get a piece of paper. Hold the pencil at an angle and stroke the tip against the paper.

Liquid foundation makeup is made out of whale blubber. No joke. That's why women always say "save the whale's we need the blubber" but really your not saving the whale's because it goes in their freaking makeup.

No Gel Liner is better that liquid liner and pencil pencil you have to sharpen and it is hard to apply a neat straight line. Liquid liner smears easy and is hard to get off. Gel liner is perfect no sharpening or smears and neat fine line and is easy to get of with vasoline or soap and water.

top coat and base coat are basically the same just the top coat is shinier so it should be OK.

Make up can cover up any blemishes it can also enhance you natural beauty. A little goes along way. I recommend washing you face every night when you are done wearing it for the night because it blocks and clogs your pores.
