I've used vaseline all my adult life for removing eye make-up and I believe that it is not only good for eyelashes but also reduces wrinkles around the eye. So when you remove your eye makeup, leave a little of the vaseline on your eyelashes and around your eye. I would recommend it.
To make them longer put baby powder on them and then put your mascara on and they will thicken and go longer. TRY IT IT WORKS.

Well since you have blond hair, you really don't need to put a lot on. Especially since your 13 and your makeup should look natural. You really don't need foundation but if you feel it is nessesarry and you will die without it, use one that adjust to all color skin. Try and srick to a really light shade of gloss, just use it to brighten your face. As for the lips, just use lipgloss or a light pink lipstick that makes your lips glossy (don't use to much, you don't wanna look like a clown) I suggest not to use eye-liner at this age, you WILL look like a hooker or like if your on drugz. Eye-shadow colors, don't go with anything to dark and try to go for the opposite color of your eyes which would be yellow or blue (light blue). Don't put it over the crease of your eye, just put it on the eye-lid. i apply the shadow fist then the liner that way u dont smer the liner i also finf that if you have smaller eyes then it is best to just aply liner to the top lid, aplying it to the bottom tends to make eyes look smaller!!!!!
Well me, I like to put on eyeliner first, cause it is easier. The reason why is when I put on foundation or compact, I don't want to get that all over my fingers, so I put on eyeliner first, then everything else. I have small eyes, and it is hard to put on liquid eyeliner...

I always use my foundation as my eyeshadow primer! It worked amazing with me and it leaves me with less worry about the primer making my eyelids lighter or darker than my skintone. It also keeps the eyeshadow put in place It might not work with all foundations though, I use Clinique Almost Makeup foundation (the one with spf 15) it's amazing!

Well remember that black goes with anything so what i suggest is some sort of smokey eye look. It can be any color, a purple smokey look is pretty with black.
1: put a base or primer on your eye (creamy white or ivory colored eye shadow)
2: Lightly put a light shade of purple on-top of the base
3: high light the brow bone with a shimmery light silvery gold eyeshadow
4: blend a somewhat light to dark shade of purple on the eye lid (not too dark a shade but not too light a shade)
5: then, in the crease of your eye blend in a dark shade of purple, be careful not to get it on the eye lid it self.
6: take a black or dark brown eye liner and line the lash line, it doesn't have to be perfect
7: lightly smudge the liner into your lashes as much as you can (try to use an angled brush for this)
8: Coat your eyelashes with mascara, put eye liner on the bottom lashes if you want. Personally i don't advice it seeing as this purple smokey eye is already dramatic.
