To say the password, you have to be an Aran at least at level 29 and have all the required quests leading up to it completed. When you try to enter the puppeteer cave, it will ask for the password. The password is "Francis is a genius Puppeteer!". It has to be exactly right. If you can't remember, open up your quest menu and go to the quest, and it will have it in the description. It is the same password that Tru tells you.
