When it comes to backyard gardening, the tomato plant is the most widely grown type of edible grown my modern hobbyists. While tomatoes do require certain conditions to flourish, they are actually quite simple to grow.

Different climates and conditions are best for different types of tomato plants. Choose a tomato variety that is bred to flourish in your particular climate. A short-season tomato, such as Early Girl, is ideal for areas with short growing seasons. If your climate is prone to specific diseases, choose a tomato variety that is bred to resist those problems.

Start tomato seeds in a seed flat or in small peat pellets or pots using a basic seed starting mix. Moisten the mix with water in a medium-sized bowl until it holds together loosely; the seed starting mix should be damp but not dripping water. Pack the seed starting mix into your seed flat or pot.

With the end of a pencil or pen, drill two small holes into the surface of the seed starting mix; each hole should be approximately one-fourth-inch deep and toward the center of the planting cell. Drop one tomato seed into each hole and cover with moistened seed starting mix. Cover the seed cells to retain moisture and place in a warm place, such as the top of the refrigerator.

Keep tomato seed cells warm and moist until the seedling emerges. Once the tomato plant breaks the surface, move the planting cells to a sunny or well-lit location and uncover. If no natural light is available for your seedlings, use a fluorescent shop light. Keep tomato seedlings regularly watered. Allow tomato plants to grow in this protected environment for at least six to eight weeks.Tip: If both tomato seeds emerge, clip the weakest seedling while the plants are still small to free up resources for the stronger plant.

Move the matured tomato seedling to an outside planting environment slowly. This process is called hardening off. Place tomato seedlings outside in increasingly lengthening increments, beginning with one hour of direct sun exposure the first day. Continue to increase the length of outside exposure over the course of a week until the plant is used to a normal garden environment.

Plant the tomato plant in its permanent location. Tomato plants do well in raised beds, open garden areas and containers. If your planting cell is biodegradable, plant the entire container in the larger planting area. If not, remove the entire soil mass from the planting cell before placing it in the new soil bed. Plant the tomato plant deep enough so that the soil covers the entire stem, leaving just the leaves exposed to the air. Press the soil firmly around the tomato plant and water deeply.

Smoking anything (cigarettes, marijuana) after gastric bypass surgery is highly irritating to the new stomach "pouch" that is created during the surgery. You don't. If you've never smoked before, or use it rarely, it will clear out quicker, but any process you do to clean your system will be ineffective. You can drink lots of water to dilute you urine, but not too early because then you just cause your self unecessay suffering. Take creatin and B vitamin supplements. DONT EXCERCISE! If you only have three days, this will NOT work, and will actually higher you chance of a positive result. THC is stored in you fat cells, and during excercise it is released. So only excercise to clean your system if you have about two/three weeks to do it, and always stop about 3 days to a full week before you test.

Actually, what we have to look at is how many chemicals are concentrated within the two subjects. Regular cigarettes have tobacco and nicotine and it's natural chemicals to start off with; however, they are also processed in a plant that adds many more chemicals to what the biology and chemistry of the plant have already built up within itself. In my opinion, I don't think either to be healthy; however, with that being said, I think that I would have to choose marijuana as being better. I say this only because I know that cigarettes have some nasty chemicals that weren't there until they were produced in a factory. A factory that has all kinds of nasty chemicals.
