During War. It helped them communicate with nature, and they lost the war because they were always stoned lol

What does cannabis do?

Depends on what you mean

The immediate effects: you will get high; you can hallucinate, get giggles, munchies etc. You may become philosophical or become focused on something, then again you may just drift off and day dream. Things may feel great by touch, you may get hot or cold or tired (this can be positive cos you have a great sleep but if you want to stay awake then its a negative). There are some negatives such as dry mouth. Mianly, you become a happier, more sociable person especially compared to someone who is drunk and making a fool of themselves or being violent.

Long term affects: gateway drug theory - some believe it is a gateway drug however most go on to harder drugs because of the crowds they hang around with. Addiction theory - cannabis is less addictive than chocolate or caffeine however many claim you can be addicted to it, this is because of the tobacco people smoke in spliffs with it. Apparently it can alos affect your motivation but that affects people who smoke it all the time; personally, i find the occaisional spliff before a task makes it far easier.

How long does it take before THC enters your hair after smoking one time?

i don't know the "scientific answer" to this question, but i know from experience that if you wash your hair a lot then the weed wont be in your hair and it doesn't smell like it at all if you don't smoke weed that day. you really don't have anything to worry about with that, but i'd worry about the yellow fingers and teeth, that's a nasty one.

Can you smoke weed using parchment paper?

If you are asking the question that I think you are asking, no. Do not do it. Think of it for a second. You would be igniting a piece of paper with wax and then inhaling the fumes. Not a good idea. Also, don't use anything strange because it is not the correct grade for baking or human consumption.

What are the affects of second hand smoke?

Secondhand smoke is poisonous and has over 4000 chemicals, including 50 that can cause cancer. Breathing secondhand smoke can be more dangerous than inhaling smoke through a cigarette. It has twice as much nicotine and tar as the smoke that people smoking inhale and five times more carbon monoxide, a deadly gas that starves your body of oxygen.

It's technically worse than normal smoking; which doesn't make sense. But if someone that doesn't smoke breaths in your smoke, it's slightly worse; because they might not be used to it.

A conclusion of marijuana?

Please clarify question and post it in the proper category.

Is secondhand smoking worse than smoking?

Secondhand smoke contains over 4000 chemicals including more than 40 cancer causing agents and 200 known poisons.

Secondhand smoke has been classified by the EPA as a Class A carcinogen - a substance known to cause cancer in humans.

Secondhand smoke contains twice as much tar and nicotine per unit volume as does smoke inhaled from a cigarette. It contains 3X as much cancer-causing benzpyrene, 5X as much carbon monoxide, and 50X as much ammonia. Secondhand smoke from pipes and cigars is equally as harmful, if not more so (Mayo Clinic release, Aug 97).

What is written below was the original answer left by a complete moron. I have NEVER heard anyone say that they thought second hand smoke was not harmful. They are obviously not paying attention.

It isn't!

The smoke that goes into the person lungs is a carcinogen ( a substance or agent producing or inciting cancer). The smokers lungs absorb all most all of the unhealthy contaminents and they exhale, basically, a small amount of carbon dioxide (CO2).

Although second-smoke is smelly it is not harmful.

This answer is apparently from a smoker who doesn't want to face the facts. Read the Surgeon General's Report on smoking. Not only does the nonsmoker breath in chemicals exhaled by the smoker, they also inhale smoke from the burning cigarette. Until we can make smoking bubbles, smoking will be a health hazard for smokers and non-smokers alike.

It not only hurts you but every innocent person around you who doesn't want to smoke. Every one who breathes in second-hand smoke is endangering their health, but young children are particularly at risk as their lungs are smaller and more delicate. They are, therefore, seriously affected by tobacco smoke and the chemicals it contains. Young people exposed to second-hand smoke at home are seven times more likely to smoke. Second-hand smoke contains cancer-causing and other toxic substances that are often in greater concentrations than in the smoke inhaled by the smoker. Some chemical compounds found in smoke only become carcinogenic after they've come into contact with certain enzymes found in many of the tissues of the human body, so the smoke that is breathed out may be worse than the smoke breathed in by the smoker through the cigarette.
