It's the power of the engine. In real life go-karts, the power of the engine is measured in CC's.

It tells how fast the race will be, for you and for the others. So, 150cc is the fastest and most difficult race, 100cc is the average speed and medium difficulty, and 50cc is a slow but easy race

No you can't, but you can create your own logo to display where the logo's would usually display on the kart e.g: on the sides, front etc

To get 3 Stars in Mario Cart Wii you have to win all races ahead by at least 10-15 seconds... It doesnt matter how many times you fall or get hit... Just win all races by 10-15 seconds ahead of everyone.

I don't believe this is true. I have 3 stars on all but two of the 50 cc races, half of the 100 cc's and 2 of the 150 cc races (I'm planning on getting 3 stars in everything if I can) and in some of those cases, I only won by a margin of 4 seconds.

I believe it's a combination of things and to be honest, I'd love to know because I just completed one of the 50cc races that I only have two stars on. In 3 of 4 races, the margin between me and second place was 10+ seconds and 20+ seconds in the last race, yet, I didn't get 3 stars.........go figure!

If anybody knows exactly what the requirements are for 3 stars, please post it in here!

LAN mode is unlocked by having 2 gamecubes connected via the Gamecube LAN adapter. These are difficult to find and will need to be obtained online via ebay or possibly still through Nintendo's online store (last seen by me for $35 new).

Once you have 2 gamecubes, both with a copy of MK:DD and a LAN adapter, you will need to hook them up using a cross over cable. If you have more than 2 gamecubes you will need a networking hub and have them hooked up using standard ethernet cables (you could use this for just 2 gamecubes as well, but I have only used a cross over cable to link them directly).

From here when you turn on both systems you will see the LAN option. While it is neat to see a mode that very few people have probably ever actually played, it is actually not that great considering the effort required. Characters are assigned randomly each race which is kind of strange and there is no stat tracking. If you have 8 people that all want to play double dash though it could be fun.

Actually, it is spelled Toadette, and you play all 32 time trials. You don't need to beat them, just play them. I did it, so hopefully it works. ;)

The Mario Kart Wii races are

Mushroom Cup- Luigi Circuit, Moo Moo Meadows, Mushroom Gorge, and Toad's Factory.

Flower Cup- Mario Circut, Coconut Mall, DK Summit, and Wario's Gold Mine.

Star cup- Daisy Circuit, Koopa Cape, Maple Treeway, and Grumble Volcano.

Special cup- Dry Dry Ruins, Moonview Highway, Bowser's Castle, and Rainbow Road.

Shell cup- GCN Peach Beach, DS Yoshi Falls, SNES Ghost Valley 2, and N64 Mario Raceway.

Banana Cup- N64 Sherbet Land, GBA Shy Guy Beach, DS Delfino Square, and GCN Waluigi Stadium.

Leaf Cup- DS Desert Hills, GCA Bowser Castle 3, N64 DK's Jungle Parkway, and GCN Mario Circuit.

Finally,

What you are asking for is emulation. Emulation is the porting of a console game to a computer, and is illegal if you do not own a copy of the game yourself. Anyways, if you play Mario Kart: Double Dash on your computer you cannot use any multiplayer functionality.

The stars she watches out for, are known collectively as Luma. If it was specifically a black star however, it's name is Polari and it serves as Rosalina's advisor.

Win Mirror Star Cup. This also unlocks The Piranha Pipes Kart and King Boo.

You have to achieve a star rank or higher on each and every of the cups in each and every CC (Mushroom, Flower etc of the 50CC, 100CC etc). So, achieve a star in each one and you have a star rank. Two stars is two star rank. Three stars (very tough, shows you are a pro :) ) means you have three stars next to your name while your race.

The formula 1 looking car is called the b-dasher and you unlock it by getting 24 expert ghost staff data on time trials . to get a expert ghost staff you beat a member of staff on time trials by at least seven seconds ( a member of staff always has NIN in their name) . i hope this helps you coz i spent a long time writing it =)

dry bowser- get a star on all 150cc races. diddy kong- win 100cc lightning cup. mii outfit a- win special cup 100cc. bowser jr.- unlock 16 fast staff ghosts. baby luigi- unlock 12 fast staff ghosts. baby daisy- get a star rank on all 50cc races. toadette- play a time trial on all courses. birdo- play a time trial on 12 courses. daisy- get a gold on 150cc special cup. king boo- get a gold on 50cc star cup. mii outfit b- unlock 32 fast staff ghosts. roselina- have a saved file on super Mario galaxy and play 50 races.

when you are doing time trials, if you beat your best time, it creates a ghost for the character you used when racing. the ghost does exactly what you did when racing. You can then go in and race your ghost and try to beat your score. If you beat it, a new ghost will be created and the other one will be deleted.

You can get her by getting star rank or higher on all the mirror cups but it is much easier to just rent Mario galaxy

depends they all have different stats the light people like baby Mario and toad have a low top speed but have a high acceleration and drift i think medium cars like Mario and peach have an average everything and heavy ones like bowser and donkey kong have a high speed but everything else is lower

After a grand prix, on the results page in the top right hand corner, there is a rank.

A, B, etc. If you are good enough at the grand prix, you will get star rankings. (going up to 3 stars) To get at least a one star ranking means that you have to come in first place all four races. (and without ever being in 12th position at any point in the races) To get higher star rankings, just get better times on the courses.
