The combination of a Diamond- with the arms or insignia within, and topped with a crown usually signifies a Princess.The Stewart or Stuart coat of arms would be used- the feminine- as I have described, pattern used.

Henry wanted Mary betrothed to his son Edward so that Scotland and England would ruled by one monarch. He didn't get his way then and attacked Scotland in the "Rough Wooing". It back fired on Henry when Mary's mother sent her to France to be married to the Dauphin.

I don't know whether or not she had a husband, but the previous answer which claims she married and had 10 children is incorrect. Richard Anning was her father. He and Mary Anning's mother had 10 children, only 2 of whom survived to adulthood - Mary and a brother.

Nothing new under the sun, Comrade. One can imagine several myths- a Lady In waiting substituted for Her Majesty and Mary somehow escaped and the wrong woman was executed. ( I have not seen this in print but it seems like the type of Urban Myth). more probable one of Mary"s two ladies in waiting impulsively grabbed the lifeless Queen"s head and kept it as a priceless relic. for some reason it did not decompose- may have been mummifed or something ( Lady Elilzabeth Kennedy was the Lady involved) She kept Mary"s head preserved in her quarters ( what a weird piece of decor_ when the lady In waiting died, Mary"s head was propped up in her hands in the casket. there is no way to verify or negate these rumors or legends.The Romanov girls do not corner the market on myth and possibly true, legends.

Although Mary Queen of Scots was young when Henry VIII was alive, he did want her betrothed to his son Edward. Aside from that, I am unaware of any other direct connections between the two, aside from being related.

Underneath her skirt, a small dog, a Skye terrier, was seen. Mary had brought her dog to her own execution..........

Mary Tudor more commonly known as 'Bloody Mary' had a great impact in History. For example she beheaded or burned anyone who refused to follow the Catholic faith after her Father's death eighteen years earlier and her recent half-brothers, Edward the VI. Once announced Queen of England she beheaded Lady Jane Grey whom had taken the throne for nine days after being forced to take it by her pushy horrible Father in law and her husband. as a child Lady Jane studied with her friend who was a few years older, Lady Elizabeth who was to become the Great Elizabeth Queen of England after Queen Mary's death of stomach cancer. Elizabeth had to take the throne after her half-sister died from the disease that was thought to have been pregnancy. Queen Mary Tudor left Enlgand bankrupt so that it made it hard for Elizabeth's rule to start as Queen. Mary and her Spanish husband, Philip of Spain, who had taken a mistress in Calais in France which was part of Queen Mary's death, used Englands money and riches so that they could fight a war that obviously defeated before it had started. Queen Mary was around thirty-five when she took England by the reigns and tried to turn it into the country that her Father had when he was King of England, which would have had another harsh impact on her reign. She was found to not be able to give birth and she, after almost at death, finally handed over her bankrupt, dying country to Elizabeth who had no idea of how bankrupt and in debt it was.

In total, Queen Mary sucked England dry from money and it was shrunk until Elizabeth got on her feet and turned it into a virgin-run land. All in all, Enlgand was made bankrupt then turned inot a pleasant, livable country after Queen May died.
