I don't know about the other branches, but the Navy won't even consider you without a High School diploma, regardless of age. Aside from that (if you graduate early) I think the minimum for all branches is 17. The maximum age depends on branch. For Navy, it's 32. I think it's 40 for Army.

A bachelor's degree in most areas can require between 124 to 128 college credits particular to a specific program of study.
