Seeds don't work quite like that. A seed is used in the random generation of a world. If two worlds were to be made with exactly the same seed, the worlds would form exactly the same way. However, no matter what seed you use, you will only find naturally forming stuff. There are some really cool seeds, like making an NPC village on top of a ravine, or five intersecting ravines. But all of these are naturally forming structures and formations. I think what you are looking for is a map download, and for that I don't know where to find one. Maybe someone can edit this answer and tell you.

No. The only way to get the Aether is to download the mod. Rumors say that in creative if you fly high enough, you reach the Aether. This is not true. Hopefully the Aether will be added. The answer before this said it is planned for version 1.8

you NEED a Cobble stone pickaxe.

There is no way to restore a deleted world on the PSVita version of Minecraft. Perhaps some government-level data recovery company would have a chance, but even they may not be able to have any success with the Vita's proprietary memory cards.

the gold pickaxe, to get it, you have to mine it w/ the iron pickaxe, which you get by crafting.

to get the iron you need to get the stone pickaxe.

Yes. You can put one to three portions of gunpowder when crafting it, to give it a longer flight path. You can put multiple Firework Stars in, for more explosions per Rocket.
