You cannot get command blocks from the creative inventory, however you can type in a command to receive one. Press "T" on your keyboard while in-game and then type /give (your username) command_block.

There are three Inventory Editors that are quite popular:

3-Single Player Commands

1-To get INV Edit, download it and then choose your world. After that type in blocks you want and then drag them into your Inventory.

2-This will allow you to do inventory editing in-game. On google search TooManyItems and also ModLoader. After that do this: Search on your computer %appdata% and hit enter. Click .minecraft in the folder. Click the 'bin' folder. Right Click minecraft.jar and then open it with an Archiver. Drag the files in TooManyItems and ModLoader into minecraft.jar archive and click replace if it says it's already there. Run Minecraft.

3-This will allow you to do multiplayer server commands on singleplayer. I do not know how to install this so I would recommend searching that on Youtube and stuff.

You need to download a mod, search Minecraft plane mod

You have to hit 'Y' before you type. And you have to be on a multiplayer server.

Go to minecraft.net and find Download on the front page. Click on it. You will see Minecraft for Windows. You know this is not your platform, so you click on Show All Platforms, which is located under it. You proceed to find the Mac version of Minecraft. Download, and enjoy!

There are no commands in minecraft PE as far as I know.

An enchantment table uses your level points to enchant armor and weapons. You put an item in, and you can enchant it using your points earned from killing monsters and things. Some examples of enchatments are unbreaking and efficiency. Helpful tip: if you surround your enchantment table with bookselves (maybe 2 boxes tall) you can get higher enchantment levels for stronger weapons/armor.

Yes and no. In the 1.8.1 patch, Notch released an experience system, and when you kill monsters they will drop some orbs. When you collect these orbs, a little bar under your food and health bar will rise. When it gets to the top, it will start over again. However, you don't really level up, and you don't get any more strength or better armor or anything. But this is probably something that Notch is working on, and hopefully it will be released in the next patch.

EDIT: It is now confirmed that the ability to spend Skill Points will be added in the 1.9 patch.
