Yes. You can play MineCraft on a mac. When you buy MineCraft it will say you can download it. It will say Windows, Mac, and Linux. To get iron ingots, first make a pickax, then go digging. try to find iron ore, which has a tan colour on top of the regular stone. Mine it, then go back to your furnace and smelt/cook it into an iron ingot.
