The way that I have been doing it is by Converting songs to a (.TS) file so if the song was called 1.mp3 it would need to be changed to 1.ts
Then once you have your (song).ts create a new text document in the same place (i.e. Notepad) called exactly the same but without the (.ts)

No, not really. Ohms in reference to the speakers, refers to the resistance of the coil usually measured at 1000 hz. The higher the ohms rating, the less power the speaker will require. The lower the ohms, the more power it will require, but neither one have anything much to do with the sound quality.

It is strictly dependent on how the songs are grouped. It is usually based on the length of each song. For example, if the timing for a set is 45 minutes, the chosen group of songs would in total come close to that time. Most sets that I am aware of are 45 minutes on, 20 minutes off. Still, it's a matter of preference.
