What are three different types of mental defense mechanisms?
"Each one of us at one time or another has used things that are known as defense mechanisms. These are things methods our mind uses in order to cope with realities of distressing situations. They are a natural occurance that are like executable programs in the computer known as the human brain. Helping us cope with society using defense mechanisms occasionally is normal and even healthy. However, if done too much, they may become a problem and even develop into something more serious such as a psychological disorder. The following are defense mechanisms we use or have used one time or another in our lives: Repression - when we banish thoughts, feelings, and memories that cause stress and are then locked away into the unconscious Regression - when we retreat to earlier modes of behaviour in the face of stress because it is more comfortable Reaction Formation - when our ego transforms stressful feelings or impulses into the opposite Rationalization - when we make excuses that are made for actions taken Displacement - when we displace anger onto someone or something that has nothing to do with what angered us Some of the defense mechanisms, such as repression, regression, and reaction formation can be used occasionally since they do indeed relieve us form our distress while simultaneously not at the expense of anyone or anything else. However, other defense mechanisms such as rationalization and displacement can pose a threat to the wellbeing of someon or something else which is not localizing the problem with the individual but looking for ridding of the distress through blame of another. With rationalization, for example, a lie we create as an excuse can hurt another individual personally and might even create trouble for that person by what you have said in order to shift the blame. With displacement, such as a father yelling at his daughter without provocation after coming home from a difficult day at work, is directly harming another individual that had nothing to do with the bad day at work and this can create distress in the lives of others. Using defense mechanisms on occasion when we are not able to cope with a particularly distressful situation is perfectly normal. However, we must not allow our minds to overuse them because we may create a large problem in the long run. Use them spainrly and wisely and you will ensure that your mental health is in good health." From http://ascendedbeings.com/blog/?p=16

When you do the vibrato, you must ensure that your wrist and fingers do not move at all. The arm vibrato can be achieved when you move your arm at the elbow. The part of your hand above your elbow must be moving forward and backward together.
For violins, the vibrato needs to be at a rapid speed while for the viola, the vibrato can be slower.
Make sure that your vibrato can be heard!

There are three muscles that control the jaw. One on each side of your neck, you can feel them. Also there are two more matter of fact in the back of your head. The first one is at the bottom of your brain stem, and it connects to the first bone in your spine. The second one is attached to your brain stem as well, and is connected to the bone in your spine where your bra strap ends. When the jaw locks, it is sometimes caused by these muscles and a disc on each side of your jaw in a specific socket, that are often irritated by stress. For more information about how to stop the locking of a jaw, set an appointment with Dr. Paul H. Rigali. He has offices in Wallingford next to IParty and one in Meriden I am not sure of the location. He is a very helpful Orthodontics professional and has helped me along with several other people with the causes of locked jaws. Every person is different so where you have pain may be different than where I did.
Are there muscles in the finger?
Visually speaking, no you cannot. There are only tendons in the fingers, so it is impossible to have 'muscular' fingers per se. It is possible to have very strong fingers/grip, but this comes from forearm strength, not from finger strength.
fibrillation is an extremely rapid, very uncoordination twitching of the muscles. this occurs most often in the heart, replacing the usual rhythmic contractions of the cardiac muscles. muscles repeatedly twitch at dangerously high rates of speed out of sync with one another, causing potentially fatal cardiac rhythms.
