Abby gets kid-napped by a PSYCHO! he has been studying Abby and reading her blogs about wanting to go to San Diego and how much she liked hot-rods. anyway... she gets kid-napped and then she was "tranqualized" and he brinsg her to a building that he killed the owner of. he is videotaping the whole thing and they (NCIS-LA) hacked into the camera and the guy with the blond hair and glasses noticed that abby was signing sign-language. she was signing that the doors were boobie-trapped so if they opened the door the whole place would bursed out into flames. Abby tels the guy that she has a ich on her nose the when he goes to scratch it 4 her she bites him, leaving her teeth marks (DNA) ON HIM. then they rescue her. TADA

I suppose yes. Tony and Ziva are partners in the NCIS Series and are not going out either in the NCIS show or in real life. It's not specific in the least, which is normal for an NCIS finale.
