Nikola Tesla

Sadly, Nikola Tesla did die almost penniless. Tesla had much opportunity to make lots of money, however Tesla was not interested in making money. Tesla's passions were creating things for societal use, to help out all of mankind.

Nikola Tesla was born on July 10, 1856, in what is now Smiljan, Croatia. Tesla's interest in electrical invention was likely spurred by his mother, Djuka Mandic, who invented small household appliances in her spare time while her son was growing up. She also invented farm tools. In his early years he experienced a bad case of cholera and almost died. fter studying in the 1870s at the Realschule, Karlstadt the Polytechnic Institute in Graz, Austria; and the University of Prague, Tesla began preparing for a trip to America.

He was a Serbian born in Croatia, traveled to Graz, Austria to study in the university there and Prage also to study, he then traveled to the United States and landed in New York where he lived the rest of his life expect the time he spent in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Tesla's family was not rich but not that poor either. His father, Milutin Tesla, was a Serbian Orthodox priest. Tesla's mother, Đuka Tesla whose father was also a Serbian Orthodox priest, had a talent for making home craft tools, mechanical appliances, and the ability to memorize Serbian epic poems. Đuka had never received a formal education. Nikola credited his eidetic memory and creative abilities to his mother's genetics and influence. Tesla's progenitors were from western Serbia, near Montenegro. Tesla had an older brother named Dane and three sisters, Milka, Angelina and Marica.

I'm sure others was moved by the example of Tesla. Nikola Tesla is finally beginning to attract real attention and encourage serious debate nearly 70 years after his death. He was attacked by Edison, whom we are taught in school to revere as a genius. He was also attacked by J.P. Morgan and other "captains of industry." Upon Tesla's death on January 7th, 1943, the U.S. government moved into his lab and apartment confiscating all of his scientific research, some of which has been released by the FBI through the Freedom of Information Act.

Nikola Tesla was of Serbian heritage, and was born in the town of Smiljan in 1856. At the time, that town was within the Austria-Hungarian Empire, and it is now in the nation of Croatia.

Tesla went to work for Edison who offered $50,000 if he could fix a problem which Edison had with his direct current system. Nikola fixed the problem and Edison was not a man of his words and never payed him. He left becoming the man that change the world. He invented the alternate current system for producing electrify to the whole world. All wireless units have the base in the Tesla coil. Even bulbs we use today were invented by him. The first things we have to know about bulbs lights is that Edison did not invent those, but only improve them by filling them with copper linings of metals. The second thing is that the Edison patent is outlawed in many countries including the United States and the patent used is the Tesla patent 455,069, dated June 30, 1891. In the Tesla bulbs, the union was better and never had a case of one catching fire like the Edison bulbs. He also made them to allow them to turn on wirelessly. Tesla hypothesized that he could transmit unlimited amounts of power to any place on earth with virtually no loss. The first 'Magnifier' was assembled in New York City between 1895 to 1898. In 1899 a larger magnifier was constructed in Colorado Springs, Colorado with the patent "System of Electric Lighting," U.S. Patent 454,622, 23 June 1891. Tesla spent his remaining funds on his other inventions and culminated his efforts in a major breakthrough in 1899 at Colorado Springs by transmitting 100 million volts of high-frequency electric power wirelessly over a distance of 26 miles at which he lit up a bank of 200 light bulbs and ran one electric motor! With this souped up version of his Tesla coil, Tesla claimed that only 5% of the transmitted energy was lost in the process.

All we know is that all the family lived to an old age and died of natural causes except Nikola's older brother Dan who died in a horse accident.

The Chicago World's Fair, was held in Chicago in 1893. The electricity was powered by the system of Nikola Tesla. He had an exhibition of his inventions. World's first Ferris wheel was designed to "out-Eiffel Eiffel" and thrilled 20,000 people a day starting on June 18. That Ferris wheel (also called the "Chicago Wheel", designed and built by George Ferris.

After Tesla, some of his nephews became scientist s like him.

Nikola completed "Lower" or "Primary" School, followed by the "Lower Real Gymnasium" or "Normal School" and moved to the Higher Real Gymnasium. He had a match teacher there named Martin Sekulić who was an influence to Tesla. He was able to do calculus in his head and some teachers believed that he was cheating but later came to the right conclusion. After that education Tesla went back home a bad case of cholera struck almost to his death. He ran away to Tomingaj, near Gračac evanding the draft into the Austro-Hungarian Army in Smiljan. He was lucky to join the Austrian Polytechnic in Graz, Austria, on a Military Frontier scholarship after that and graduated there.

Tesla changed the way the whole world lives. He invented the alternate current system for producing electrify to the whole world. All wireless units have the base in the Tesla coil. Even bulbs we use today were invented by him. Those industries are the most wealthiness in all the world.

In my opinion yes; he invented direct current ,which was stolen by Edison, alternating current, remote control technology, radio waves, incandescent bulbs, wire less power ,which he never had the funding to complete, and many other inventions way out of there time in his lost journal, some rumored to be an earth quake machine. Another of his ideas was haarp a signal station that can bend the jet streams using radio frequencies to over heat the air and change and direct the climate. All Einstien did was relativity and the nuclear bomb while those are truly genius accomplishments compairing Tesla to Einstien would be like comparing Newton to DaVincii
