To expand on this answer, the PS Vita's screen is 540p, which by some is considered HD, but to others it is Enhanced Definition.
The 3DS's graphics chip isn't as powerful as the PS Vita, and the console plays games at a lower resolution, so if the 3DS were to play games at 540p, the graphical differences would definitely show. Don't let the graphical difference make you change your opinion on the 3DS, as you may like the games on it more than the games on the PS Vita.

The 2 cameras in the front are for shooting 3D pictures and videos. The camera just above the screen is for taking pictures and videos in 2D, use it for taking pictures of yourself. Some games require it.

Keep in mind the following - 3DS games are region locked, either Japanese, EU + Australia, and US/CAN versions. This region is the only important factor, not your geographical location. You can use a US 3DS in the UK just fine with a UK charger, but, you will have to import US 3DS games as EU ones will not play on it. You can purchase digital games from the US eShop, but you must buy $US wallet top-up cards, these are currency and country locked so again a £UK one will not work.

NEW ANSWER BY CABOOMK: WELL!All the other DS versions (DS, DSI) came with a charger\adapter. So this probably will. But I'm unsure. People were going nuts about how their 3DSes were running low on battery on the Nintendo blog. Why not just charge it? IDK!!! Who knows. Anyways, if you're planning on purchasing one, ask the people selling it to ya. (Lemme guess... Gamestop?) Well, k!!! If they don't the DSI charger, I think, works with it. You can get their wrist charger (pretty cool!) too! They always will have seperately sold chargers for DSI and maybe 3DSes if they don't come with one, probably. And, those are mainly for people who lost or broke their chargers\adapters.
