Is there a movie about the child killer Mary bell?
No, I don't think there ever will be, out of respect to the deceased childrens family's.
Bell is the subject of two books though by Gitta Sereny; The case of Mary Bell (1972), an account of the killings and trial, and Cries unheard, the story of Mary Bell (1998), an in-depth biography based on interviews with Bell and relatives, friends and professionals who knew her during and after her imprisonment. This second book was the first to detail Bell's account of sexual abuse by her mother, a prostitute who specialized as a dominatrix, and her mother's clients. Cries unheard was controversial because Bell received payment for her participation. The payment was criticised by the press, and the government attempted to find a legal means to prevent its publication on the grounds that a criminal should not profit from his or her crimes, but the attempt was unsuccessful. The law has now been changed so that criminals cannot profit from their crimes. Bell's case was used as the basis for a 1999 episode of Law and order entitled "Killerz". Hallee Hirsh played the Mary Bell analogue.

Urophilia is a sexual fetish for urine. Activities for fullfilling this fetish include being urinated on ("Golden Showers") watching/listening to people urinate, watching people wet themselves, desperation, and drinking urine. Some minor risks are associated with a few of the activities, such as being urinated on can cause a skin rash, and drinking urine could entail ingesting bacteria. In both examples, however, if the recipant has a normal immune system, the body should take care of the inflictions easily.
Personally, I have had this particular fetish all my life and I tend to go for more desperation and wetting. The only way this holds be make socially is I have a "shy bladder" meaning it's often difficult for me to urinate in public bathrooms. I am a girl, so any female thinking that they're gross for being into this sort of stuff, you're not gross, it's normal. Men as well.

If you mean a serial killer this is a person who will kill more than 2 people at different intervals eg: Jeffrey Dhalmer or Ted Bundy. a serial killer has been known to kill up to 30 or 40 people within a couple of years.
Unfortunately, this is a common story with killers, especially serial killers. Bad childhoods don't always make a serial killer or there would be far more killers than there are already. But abuse in a person's early life will always have some adverse effect on the individual.
Charles Manson is a perfect example. He had a horrendous childhood. Aileen Wuornos, Henry Lee Lucas, John Wayne Gacy, Keith Jesperson, Aldolf Hitler, Edmund Kemper, Jerry Brudos and Danny Rolling are just a few killers that had a bad start in life.
