Oasis formed in Manchester in 1991. Originally known as "The Rain", the group was formed by Liam Gallagher (vocals), Paul Arthurs (guitar), Paul Mcguigan (bass) and Tony Mcarroll (drums), who were soon joined by Liam's older brother Noel Sallagher (guitar and vocals).
Liam Gallagher was the former frontman of the band Oasis until they split in 2009 and is now frontman of his new band Beady Eye and has his own clothing range Pretty Green
