How many Division 1AA football teams are there?
You'd actually be surprised how often this happens. I'm an alumni of the University of Delaware (1-AA), and for the second time in 4 years Delaware has defeated a division 1-A opponent (Navy, 2003 & 2007). There are a lot of 1-A programs that are absolutely terrible and play in terrible. When you take into account 2 of the marquee 1-AA over 1-A victories this year (Appalachian over Mich. and ND State over Minn.) you have 3 this year alone, and this is only what I know of off the top of my head, there is possibly more this season.

What is the value of a hockey stick signed by the Indianapolis Racers Hockey Team?
I think the value of one of those sticks signed by the Indianapolis team would cost $20.00
EDIT: I highly doubt that's correct. The stick itself would be worth double that.
EDIT: If it is authentic and has Gretzky's signature, I would estimate it could possibly sell for a few hundred. Without Gretzky's signature, $20 could be about right.
How do you question an official during a hockey game?
The official(s) (referee) are supposed to refrain from discussing any questions regarding penalty calls etc. with players.
Those types of discussions should only take place between the Captain, Alternate Captains and/or the Coaching staff.
If your captain believes there is an issue with any call, particularly one that can change the game like a penalty stroke or penalty shot, they should quietly ask the referee about it at an appropriate time, such as when time is next stopped or while preparations are being made for the play and the referee is not busy. If another player believes there is a problem, they should ask their captain to speak on their behalf.
