Depends on your usage, it's very hard to withdraw alone. the physical withdrawal usually lasts around five days, the mental addiction lasts much longer. You will be very tempted to give up & go back to using to alleviate the physical & emotional turmoil you will experience. I would not suggest you do this alone.suboxone& methadone clinics help, but they require a time commitment, you could be in rehab for years along with counseling. have faith in yourself, you are stronger than you think. Do it for you tho, not for anyone else. you really have to want to get sober, otherwise you will relapse.

I was not yet on 8mgs of Dilaudid but I was on 4mg-6mgs every 4 hrs for severe back pain and neck pain. My doc gave me my last bottle and told me I am not filling this any longer for you. I was in shock as I have had over 40 surgeries & DDD in my spine. If I do not have something for pain I am in a wheelchair. But... I have tried ever pain management doc and all they want to do is Epidurals and I have had 15 and they cause more pain for me than help. So I am forced to get off by white knuckling it. I called my doc and asked for compazine, Lexapro both 10mgs. And I have a panic disorder so I have Xanax 1mgs. I started 3 and half weeks ago. I am doing it!!! I am now.... after two weeks of sick to my stomach, shakes, tears, yawning, sneezing in my sleep 30 in a row, feeling like my legs were being pulled off of me (muscle cramps)! I stayed in a recliner, with a blanket and heating pads, and then burning up back to chills for about 8 days. As soon as you think you can't do it take a half of a Xanax. I take my Lexapro 1st thing in the am. Mid morning I get sick to my stomach so I take a compazine and go laydown with a ginger ale. I have no appetite. Drink a ton of liquids!!! Flush your system! This is working for me?? I don't know about others, check with your doctor first! I am now taking 1mg- 1/2 mg of Dulaudid only when the pain is to much to take and that is about every 10 hrs. So it is slowly going away!!! I still need something for pain so I am going to have to talk to my doctor as my Neuro Simulators are not helping enough. We shall see or I am going to be in bed or a wheelchair 24/7. Just be very careful if you try this on your own!!! I didn't want the meds that help you get off an Narcotic because I would be withdrawing twice!!! Read up on it before you do! Believe me ONCE is all I ever want to go through ever again! This is not fun!!!

I use a brand of powdered fiber called Fiber Wise. Sold by Melaleuca. I use recreationally, but know someone who has prescription and according to him works 100x better than the doctor prescribed laxatives... Even without the oxycodone use, this stuff works wonders on the digestive tract...

Oxycodone is an Opiate. Depending on why you are being tested, many places that test and find opiates, benzodiazapines etc will 'excuse' the find on the test with a valid note from your doctor.

I've only done it a few times but from what I've seen, it's best to sprinkle just enough for a hit or two, it tends to stay lit like a resin ball and unless you've got 5 people in the circle, you're probably going to waste the rest of it.

6 to 8 hours. Percocet is much stronger than Tylenol. Do not take them too close together because of drowsiness and such. You won't overdose but you may get a bit sick.

yes if its mixed with acetaminopen(Tylenol) most percs are big & white if they are tiny pills they usually don't have the Tylenol in it. Tylenol in large amounts will damage liver and drug/ alcohol in large amounts can damage liver

Do not snort hydrocodone or ibuprofren because it will not do anything for you. you only can snort Oxycontin. If you try and snort the vicodin you are basically snorting Tylenol also and that is not good. hope this helps

Ignore the person above, snorting hydrocodone will have an effect on you depending on your tolerance from the oxycontin. however, the ibuprofen will burn your throat and nose slightly. it irritates the membrane but will still have the effect. dissolving into water would lessen the pain but also the effects.

Edit: It all depends on what panel test you are taking. There are 5, 7, and 9 (?) I believe...Cocaine will show up on all of them, morphine as well on all of them, but dilaudid will only start to show up on the 7 and 9 panel screens. It is a synthetic form and goes deeper than just the morphine on the opiates in the 5 panel

Codeine will show up on urinalyses as Heroin due to the fact that the liver metabolizes about 6 to 12% of the codeine to morphine. Heroin, which is the morphine molecule with two acetyl ethers instead of alcohol groups at the 6 and 3 positions, also metabolizes to morphine - in this case the conversion is far more rapid and very nearly complete - in just an hour or so virtually all of an injection of heroin will have been converted to morphine.

Oxycodone usually will not show up AS MORPHINE. However, it is usually tested for since it has become so very popular, especially in Appalachia. Also worth noting, those taking large doses of oxycodone can test positive for morphine since there is a liver metabolic pathway that does take (IIRC) about 1% or less of a dose of oxycodone to morphine.

Modern urinalyses cannot be fooled very easily. I would venture a guess and say the most likely way to "beat" a urine test would be to somehow smuggle a small quantity of drug-free, fresh, warm (37C/98F) urine in and have that tested. I don't really want to help you beat a drug test, so I'm not going to go further with that.

If you want to pass the test, stop taking drugs for a week (and don't smoke pot for much longer of course!) before you go in to pee. If you can't stop taking drugs for a week, the test is looking to catch you.

No; that is doctor - patient confidentiality as long as the test isn't due to an accident that the drug played a part. You will fill out a form, list anything they might find. As long as they can verify a pharmacy and/or MD you are clear, they are looking for illegal drug activity, not people with a legit script.

Chances are this test wasn't looking for oxy in particular. Morphine will show up as an opiate, so will oxy, vicodin, percocet, heroin, etc. Depending on how many panels the drug test is depends on how many drugs are tested for. Normally, an opiate isn't specifically tested for unless you're on methadone or suboxone. Then, they will test for opiates other than the ones you're prescribed. And the xanax shows up as a benzodiazapam, not an opiate. But that is also normally tested for. I hope this helps.

It depends on the individual. With me I start to get some pain relief between 20-30 minutes after taking one.
