I did. We had to move houses though because we hired someone to come in, I forget what you call them but she came in with a video thing, taped something. Minutes later she show the tape of paranormal activity she said. She also said we should move houses because she couldn't remove the spirt that was inside it. We got to keep the tape, but my mom threw it out because it scared her.

I would have to say HELL NO. An 11 year old should NOT see this movie unless you are okay with them sleeping in your bed or with all the lights on in the house.
