Here is the deal, PayPal is a payment aggregator. They process credit and bank transactions. It is not legal for an aggregator to process payments from other aggregators pending certain conditions due to money laundering laws. They are a bunch of sites that pop up that are willing to do so for a fee, but only are around temporarily because their accounts get flagged quickly by PayPal. The one that is listed above is one of these sites. You might get the money in your account, you might get scammed, but you might also get limited by PayPal. I will tell you as a fact that Paypal does not allow it as aggregation to aggregation IS illegal in the context of how both of these business processes work mainly because of AML (Anti-Money Laundering laws).
