Can a Pentecostal pastor marry an Atheist couple if he wanted to?
If an atheist couple wanted a Pentecostal pastor to marry them he might oblige and might even cut back the ceremony to include just the civil marriage parts.
It's hard to picture why either party would want to participate except as the result of a friendship outside of the religious sphere.
If the Pentecostal church is not lined up with the truth aren't they in error and are they a cult?
If any church, be it Pentecostal or Baptist or Lutheran etc... is not lined up with the truth they are in error. However, just because someone is in error doesn't mean they are a cult. A cult is a group that would deny the deity of Jesus Christ.
None that I know of believe that. The day of Pentecost is one of the annual Jewish festivals. On the first day of Pentecost following Christ's resurrection (IIRC Pentecost was 50 days after Passover: thus the name), the Bible says in Acts that the Holy Spirit entered the disciples as they prayed and they went out among the people and preached the Gospel in foreign languages that they did not know but were understood by the visitors to Jerusalem for the festival of Pentecost. This resulted in the first expansion of the Word to lands outside Judea, as those visitors returned home.
What makes Pentecostals unique is their emphasis on this miracle and that it is expected that all real Christians can speak in other languages at the urging of the Holy Spirit. Some Pentecostal sects even go so far as to say you are not yet forgiven of your sins until you can manifest the miracle of speaking in unknown "angelic" languages.
However the miracle of Pentecost as described in Acts involves no unknown or "angelic" languages, all the languages spoken were known human languages. In my opinion there is no need for any such repetition of this miracle, as we have educated translators to translate the Word to any language needed now.

No; but some refer to Apostolics as pentecostal or call them apostolic Pentecostals. I would describe the Apostolics as more conservative than Pentecostals.

Is there an Assembly of God church in Cairo Egypt?
I located the link below at the AG site...and it contains the following info:
Emil Boktor pastors Sharabia A/G in the capital city of Cairo that ministers weekly to more than 5,000 people and is the second-largest evangelical church in the Arab world. People sit on the platform, crowd the aisles and line the stairs that lead to a packed overflow room where the service is projected on a large screen. The congregation is saving funds for the purchase of land next to the church property, where they plan to build a larger sanctuary. Two years ago, they could not even have begun this process.

Why did Satan try to take Moses bones?
Actually, Satan never tried to take Moses' BONES. Satan doesn't care about nobody's bone. He only uses a persons body to cause that particular body to do sin. Sin results to death, "the wages of sin is death". Now should anyone die, before his sins are sanctified (by accepting Christ as your Savior), your soul burns in hell forever and that is what Satan wants. It is his way of getting "even" with God, for he knows God wants us all saved. If you read Jude 1:9 you'll see about Satan wanting Moses...

What happens in the eucharist at a pentecostal church?
First, it's not called 'Eucharist' in Pentecostal churches. It's either called Holy Communion or the Lord's Supper.Typically, grape juice is used in small glass or plastic cups to symbolize the blood, and broken pieces of unleavened cracker-like bread symbolizes Christ's body. They are passed out to the congregation by ushers or elders. The people hold the elements until everyone is served, then consume the bread and cup together. Usually, music is played and Scripture is read.
