The Coca Cola Company states that the drink has always been brown in color and that anything else is a myth. Although the famous contour bottle is green glass, Coca-Cola has always been brown in color, since its start in 1886.

I had 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled on Friday 1/25/08. It was bleeding pretty bad for the first 2 days (so buy something at the drugstore to bite down on, unless you get it from your dentist, to stop the bleeding). It's been 5 days and I still have some pain pretty much all day (Ibuprofen really helps). I don't know how long it will take until the gum heals and I can eat properly again - right now I rinse with saltwater after every time I eat to prevent infections..

I had four Wisdom teeth out about eight hours ago. They were supposed to be easy, but ended up having a few difficulties...but not as bad as it could have been. I laid down for about 10 minutes and was pretty much coherent and able to sit up and read my instructions right away. I was also able to help my husband at the pharmacy near our house with only a small bit of tipsiness. As of now the bleeding has stopped, I've had two Tylenol 3's (preventative) and can feel throbbing when it's time for another one. I've tried to remember the cold pack on my jaws, buy have not been doing so good. I DEFINITELY feel better when they are on! I'd suggest laying down and sleeping or watching TV. Something distracting. My experience has been pretty good. Everyone's different, but if you're having a straight forward surgery, it shouldn't be that bad. Also, DO NOT read people's horror experiences, it will only cause you stress! Instead look for general info and above all discuss with your surgeon, everyone is different and that's what your're paying them the big bucks for! PS, DO NOT rinse with salt water on the first day... not until next day, Dr.s orders!

In reply to the answer in the first paragraph... Don't take ibuprofen. It thins your blood and will make the bleeding last longer. Take Tylenol.

Pepsi is a carbonated beverage. This means that carbon dioxide is dissolved into solution. When this happens it forms carbonic acid, so yes, Pepsi does have slight acidic properties.
