Dark - Grimsley you might need to change for a Fighting type, since none of your team bar Jolteon (Double Kick) can learn a Fighting Move. Unless you aim at his secondary types (which 3/4 have)
Ghost - You can try Chandelure, but if any of Shauntal's Pokeon are faster than yours you may struggle. Or use Drapion, but if you hit Cofagrigus physically you will lose Drapion, critical hit based ability and Shauntal also has aftermath so remember the ability loss.
Psychic - Considering the slowness of in game Psychic Pokemon, Chandelure should ace Caitlin.
Fighting - You need a Psychic type for this, Crobat will get knocked out quickly because they have both Sturdy (No moves will knock it out if they start at full HP) and tend to have a Rock Move. I'd recommend Espeon as most in Game Psychics are too slow.
Iris - Walrein may find Haxorus too hard to handle because it tends to use Focus Blast after Dragon Dance and it hits VERY hard, but it should be fine against Aggron and Archeops. You have no come back really for Haxorus (Who you must OTK to survive, since with DD it can wipe out a team) and Hydreigon is going to hurt as well unless your Walrein can put it down.
Basically: You would unless you use alot of items, have alot of trouble.
- Crobat +Espeon.
- Drapion +Zoroark/Krookodile.
Keep Chandelure
- Jolteon + Any Fighting Type or Brick Breaker (You could put it on Krookodile)
- Walrein +Beatric/Mamoswine, for better stats.
