yes. you can catch all cobalion, virizion, and terrakion in pokemon black, black2 white, and white2. virizion is in pinwheel forest where there is an opening on the right of the bridge, terrakion is in victory road @ the end (you have to have a pokemon that knows strength), and cobalion is in mistralton cave (all the way in the back)

If you lose to one of these Team Galactics then you will go back to your last save point. But after Cyrus is beaten, Dialga/ Palkia will want to battle what it has been seeing. But don't worry, you don't have to battle him right away. So you have time to use revives and potions. Once you believe your ready, you have to walk up to Dialga/ Palkia and press "A" he will roar and the battle begins. I would advise to lower his health to red before using a pokeball.
