You'll need a Misdreavus first, go to Eterna Forest and find one. Then, go to Veilstone City Galactic Warehouse. Where you teamed up with Dawn/Lucas to fight Team Galactic, because Dawn/Lucas lost her/his pokedex. You go inside, there is a door blocking your way. But eventually you will find you way to it, and there you can find a dusk stone.
Use dusk stone to evolve Misdreavus into Mismagius.

If you run or defeat it, it will just stay there like nothing happened, so don't worry about accidentally killing it.
