Now that is a big question. There are 151 Pokemon in Pokemon Blue version and most of them evolve. About 24 Pokemon have no evolutions or pre-evolutions (as of the Kanto Pokedex) and 5 Pokemon are legendary and thus do not evolve. A total of 20 Pokemon need a special stone or to be traded to evolve, leaving about 103 Pokemon that evolve when they reach a certain level (excluding Pokemon who are fully evolved).

You'll find that Pokemon who have two evolutions will evolve from level 10 - 19. A good example would be Charmander to Charmeleon. Charmander evolves into its stage 2 evolution at level 16. The only exception to those levels are the Bug-type Pokemon who generally evolve to stage 3 before reaching level 10.

Pokemon who only have one evolution will evolve just a bit later at level 20 - 29. Rattata to Raticate is a good example - it evolves when it reaches level 20.

Stage 2 evolution Pokemon will evolve into stage 3 evolution Pokemon near level 30 - 40. The only Kanto Pokemon who really do this are the stage 2 starter Pokemon. Wartortle evolves into Blastoise around the level 36 mark.

Some Pokemon are exempt from these rules. Rare Pokemon such as Omanyte, Kabuto, Dratini and Dragonair evolve at later levels. Both fossil Pokemon must reach level 40 to evolve and Dratini evolves into Dragonair at level 30 while Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at level 55. These (and the bug Pokemon) are the only Kanto Pokemon who are exceptions, however.

Do remember that many Pokemon will need to have an elemental stone used on them to evolve and thus do not need to reach any specific level. Very few Pokemon will need to be traded to evolve. For more specific information on a Pokemon and which level it evolves on, search the internet or Wiki s for what you need.

At level 26 into Hypno

In order to pass into the cerulean cave in Pokemon firered/leafgreen you must first be the elite four champion as well as have found and given the ruby and the sapphire to celio on one(1) island. after completing those tasks go to the cave and the guy will be gone. Inside you can catch Pokemon whose level vary from 40-70 and here is where you also catch mewtwo. If you want to find strong Pokemon(65-70) use a max repel and only those strong ones will pop up

find the rocket base in the game corner examine the poster after you battle that rocket dude guy then you go in the stairs near it. inside battle a few rocket dude guys and get into "the boss" place and then you need to win then when he leaves behind you shall find the "silph scope".

There isn't a third floor in Pokemon Yellow. There's not even a second floor unless you count the trading/battle coliseum. And for that you need to find another player, wire up, and do it that way.

You need to have Pokemon stadium for Nintendo 64. When you get the game in the box you get the device to trade Pokemon color Pokemon to the game to battle. You have to do the surfing pikachu event in the game and win. When you win you will be able to teach your pikachu surf and then you just receive the data from the game into your game.

It can be used to evolve Nidorina, Nidorino, Clefairy, and Jigglypuff.
