As far as the Mystery Ticket goes, I have yet to figure that out, not even sure if Nintendo has done the event for that yet.
2) Have a friend whom was at the event, and already has these tickets, transfer them to you VIA a Pokemon trade. Don't worry, once you have the ticket, go to the islands, and get the Pokemon, you have no other reason to go back. However, it will let you go back to them reguardless if you still have the tickets or not. Once the tickets are traded over, remove them from your Pokemon and go to Vermillion City and ride the boat to the islands.
3) Use a Gameshark or Action Replay to give them to you.
Now, those are the only ways and as far as #1 is concerned, that's impossible to do as the Aurora Ticket event was done back when the movie came out.

well, the way I've done it, it work fine, you make sure that you have either a word or whatever document or a website up with the cheat codes for your game then you pull up the GBA emulator, and select your game like you would normally do and there should be at the top after your game is loaded a section labeled cheats then you go to cheat list and then it should say add gameshark code so you press the button and enter the name at the top and enter in the code, now it will be enabled right away, so if you don't want it on yet then uncheck it,then when you are done you press the red X and you will go back to your game if you want to check or uncheck some thing or put a new code in just go back up to the cheat section and do it over again, and you have to save your game the way like when it says wrote slot 1 down at the bottom or you will have to enter in your codes again when you start the game again. and the only game where the cheats didn't work for me was megaman battle network 3 blue but i think that it's just the codes.

To return your pokemon go to the start menu of your HeartGold or SoulSilver game,Connect to Pokewalker and then press "Return From Stroll, turn on your pokewalker and go to the middle icon and when your DS says "connecting to Pokewalker" press the middle button and place the Pokewalker behind your DS and wait until your DS receives your pokemon from the Pokewalker.
