Okay there are mostly 2 ways: 1) The guy is really nice to you and teases you but in a friendly way, and tries to get close to you whenever there's a chance
2) They are really mean to you and they tease you. A lot. Not in the friendly way. Of course, unless they're your enemy.

they will look at you and when you look at them they will turn there head in another direction straight away. when they are with there friends there friends will giggle and point to you. i liked someone and i found out he liked me because he will start to talk to you even if he/she doesnt normally talk to you. WARNINGS they may just look at you for the sake of looking at you it dusnt meen they like you. they may talk to you mote because they want to be your friend and get to know you more this is rare and if they start talking to you an u dnt even no them it tends to meen the have feelings for you.

u no cozz they usually hug u but in stead of hugging and pulling away they linger for a minute and if they dont hug u they lean in close and if they go for ur mouth- pash cheek- peck. Hmm...a fourth grader. From what I remember from the fourth grade, if a guy likes you then he can be either really really sweet towards you, or really mean and rude. So, it's kinda hard to tell. I'm guessing because you shouldn't be dating at 9 years old. Honestly, not trying to be mean here, but just life your life as a kid, and stop trying to grow up too fast. You have the rest of your life for that. So just enjoy being a kid now...cause trust me, you're going to miss it. This is coming from me, and I'm only 14.

Both are those answers are dumb, because one doesn't answer the question and one is downright dumb. If you are 10 nobody really cares. girls are just another human being. if you are 11, they will feel a slight attraction if you are pretty, but 11 year olds don't look for much else. if you are twelve. they will like you if you are pretty, nice, smart, cheerful, or any other good traits like that. try to be normal, because you can't pretend forever) and the #1 rule DONT BE GOTH OR EMO unless you want a goth/emo boyfriend

Whoever said that they are a 6th grade boy and they are 11... I'm 12 and I'm going into 7th. I think that it's down right wrong for kids our age to have boyfriends/girlfriends. Especially about the whole kissing thing, waayyy tooo yoouunnngg!!!!!!! Preteens are considered ages 10-12. Many guys have asked me out but I just say no. Even if I really liked the guy. You can't even really date at this age anyway. I like to focus on more useful stuff like grades, sports, family and friends. I think hugging is just fine. I hug my guy-friends all the time. I am a 11 year old girl in the 6th grade and we have people in relationships. They don't kiss but they are always together. I don't think we are to young. This one guy asked me to be his girlfriend. He has been nice to me ever since. I never said yes but I never said no. I think preteen boys are starting to have interest in preteen girls and the other way around.

I'm a 10 year old girl, and I'm in the 5th grade. It's true that everyone says all the boys talk about girls. What boys in my class see in girls is the supermodel look. They see all the pictures in magazines and immediately think all girls should be like that. hey I think its actualy ok for boys that are preteens to have girlfriends. Not necessarily, she might just have long hair, or is antsy sitting in her seat. It's easier to tell if you talk to her. Does she turn to talk to you, does she start conversations or just answer when you start them?
