Okay, so Alison had a twin named Courtney who was mental and tried 2 take over Alisons life. So everyone believes Courtney when she sais shes Ali and no one believes the real Alison soo shes sent to the mental hospital that Courtneys supposed to be at. When Ali comes back from the hospital and the girls are having a sleep over she kills Courtney (fake ALISON) to get revenge. Soo Alison is still alive but her twins dead.

No. If you read the books, you find out that it is actually Mona. Mona is the girl who stole the scarf while Hanna stole the sunglasses that one day at the mall.

Alison has a twin sister named Courtney who has mental problems and that is why we never hear of her until the last book when Alison killed Courtney and that is the body they found and i don't want to give everything away but keep reading and watching

Ali takes over after Mona dies in book 4. It all makes sense when explained in book 8.

Oh, and you know how Jenna was blinded? Well Mona was burned by it so she hated all of the girls. Mona was on her way to Jenna's house when the firework came over. So, Mona knew about the Jenna Thing, or should i call it the Mona & Jenna Thing?
