you can work as a bagger but if they know you and your entremely trust worthy you may be hired as a cashier but when you apply the machine wont let you put cashier in just ask at your interview. i used to work at publix when i was 14 until i was almost 16 and i heard all the time about 14 year old cashiers in my store and others.

Depends on how many hours you are working. I started making 8$ an hour with no experience. I was making around 230 a week.

If your manager is trying to force you to work outside your availability and you are a part timer, go to your local Human Resources representative. The fact that you are part time is non negotiable and you are not obligated to work outside your availability. There are employees within the company who have never been full time and have been with the company for many years.

In order for you to make a complaint against your manager, you need to have filled out an availability chart and have it on file. The number posted in the break room for anonymous discrimination and harassment calls can be used if you wish to call attention to your manager's activities anonymously. However, if yours is the only complaint, the Human Resources rep might not find your cause. It might be better to speak to the HR rep on an individual basis. This number is posted right under the District Manager's number on the "Open Door Policy" poster in the break room.

You get paid every two weeks. Your pay per hour depends on experience and other factors. I believe it differs from store to store. Panera is a wonderful place to work, and they pay you what you deserve and work for. It's all based on your performance. If you work hard for them, they work hard for you. Even though it is work, you have fun too. I have worked for them for two years now and never tire of it. You become close to your co workers, and you are always shown respect by co workers and managers. It is the best job I have ever had.

It stock is re-evaluated 4 times a year, not every 3 months though. Its quarters are a bit skewed re-evaluating on May 1st, Aug 1st, Nov 1st then not until Mar 1st when it also issues its annual data.
