What are a rabbits forms of defense and offense?
A rabbit has sharp front claws (used to pounce) and powerful, sharp back feet. Unless you cut them often. Of course they bite. I've seen a fight, tried to intervene and then got bitten. So keep them away, that's all my advice.
Male rabbits will fight one another, but females will run away, whilst their boyfriend fights for them :P The main reason rabbits fight, anyway, is because they're fighting for a female, so feel flattered, you females out there :P

When do rabbits start walking?
Weaned (so over 8 weeks).
Start when the rabbit is young getting it used to a harness. NEVER use just a collar on a rabbit, if it startles it'll run and break its neck. Cat harness work well, get the adjustable kind and not the figure 8 ones. Get the rabbit used to hopping around wearing the harness, letting drag the leash around next. Never leave a harness on an unsupervised rabbit-it can and will get tangled and may lead to strangulation.
Honestly, you're better off not walking a rabbit outside. There are too many factors (dogs, cars, cats, hawks flying by, people shouting, etc) that could startle the rabbit and cause it to bolt. I've had it happen! Rabbits do die of fright (I've had that happen also), so walking them is not a good idea unless it's in an enclosed place they are used to. If you want to take your rabbit along, get one of those carriers they

How do you care for newborn found baby rabbits?
First, you should take it to the vet and check if it has any diseases and if it has a chance to survive. Depending on it's age, you should probably start it on an infant-sized bottle. Slowly work your way up to wet food, then regular food, if this is a long time arrangement. I suggest JustBorn or Esbilac. also, you can use goats milk, or make your own: -1 can evaporated milk (15 oz)
2 egg yolks
1 carton plain yogurt (8 oz)
(add 6 oz boiled water and mix well) or -1 can evaporated milk
2 cans water
2 packages unflavored gelatin (dissolved in cold water, heat and blend)
2 beaten egg yolks
1 tablespoon cream (or half and half)
1 tablespoon honey (reduce is stools become loose)
Mix Don't bring and unfriendly or ill dog into your home if you have dogs or kids, lest they get infected with something.
In the summer they eat mostly green plants and flowers that are high in water content, so they do not require much water. They will also eat sagebrush and cacti. In the winter, they don't hibernate, and mainly eat shrubs. Jackrabbits are constantly eating and consume large quantities of food relative to their size. Fifteen jackrabbits eat as much food as a large grazing cow in one day. In agricultural areas the jackrabbit may become a pest to farmers by eating their crops.
In winter the diet of the jackrabbit is based chiefly on bark and buds of bushes, and in summer it prefers to eat tender grasses. In very dry periods of the year it will eat cacti, which are quite plentiful in some parts of its range.

You have to understand their body language. If your rabbit grunts or tries to pee on what its grunting at it is saying "I don't like when you do that. I'm mad" If a rabbit is mounting another rabbit, the rabbit on top is saying "I'm the dominant rabbit. I'm in charge here." If the rabbit on the bottom is staying still, it is saying "I know you are in charge." If the rabbit on the bottom is trying to get on top, it is saying "You are not in charge, I am." If your rabbits are not fixed, these mounting behaviors might mean they are mating. If your rabbit has its ears flat back on its back and you are petting it and the rabbit is staying still, it is saying "That feels good. You are making me calm." If you stop petting your rabbit, and it nudges or nips you, it is saying " Why did you stop? Keep petting me." If your rabbit is laying down it is saying "I am tired. I am calm" If one rabbit is laying down in the same cage as another rabbit it is telling you "I feel calm with this other rabbit. They are not a threat. I can trust them." If two or more rabbits are laying very close to each other or next to each other, they are saying "This other rabbit is my buddy. I trust them very much." If one rabbit is grooming the other, it is saying " This rabbit is my friend."
I heard of Bunnies liking raw meat as well.
I have also heard to put little pieces of raw hamburger meat or cooked bacon in the mother rabbits cage a couple days before she has babies and a little while after so that she does not eat her kits.
I am not sure though if cooked or raw meat is good for rabbits. I would ask a vet.
With regards to HUMAN meat, why don't you try cut a piece of flesh out of yourself and see if a rabbit would eat it. (What an awkward question!)
Can a rabbit be pregnant with more than one litter at once?
i truly don't believe so
Correction: From my research i believe they can. This is because rabbits have two ducts leading to their ovaries. They can be pregnant with one litter in one duct and a few days or a couple weeks later get pregnant with another litter in the other duct.
Improved: I've also heard that despite that the above correction is correct, the babies do not always make it. I'm not too sure why this happens, but I think it's because mal-nutrition, or some sort of deficiency or something. I think this only happens when they doe kindles tpo both litters in under a few days apart.
