How to whiten the skin around your rectum?

I have tried many methods, and the first time I tried to cover it in bleach. This burned so i had to wash it out right away but it did seem a little lighter since i left it on for like a minute or so... Then I tried peroxide (the kind of bleach you use on your hair). I followed the instructions on the package, except i put it on my butt. This took a while longer to burn than the bleach did, so that whitened it up for about a week since I could leave it on for about 5 minutes. The only downside to that was my rectum was sore for the first two days and it was hard to go to the bathroom.

Steps:

1. Get peroxide and mix as if you were going to put it on your hair.

2. Put it on your rectum, use thick layers.

3. ?????

4. PROFIT!

Good luck, and enjoy your new white butthole!

Yes, if it is caught in time and has not spread to other organs or the bones.

What is the white thing coming out of your guinea pigs rectum?

if its a female no doubt her anal glands need expressed at the vet, this happens with some females, take to the vet to get this done, it usually is not that expensive, no doubt you dog is dragging her/his rear on the floor. on occassion when anal glands get too inflamed the vet will give you an antibiotic also, your pet will be thankful. Take any dog to the vet with any problem like this, it could indicate worms or an infection. if you go to the vet and it is an anal gland problem ask the vet to show you how to this (if you can be daring!!!!!!!!, it really smells) once you do it and can tolerate it fine, but i think you will choose to have the vet do it :)

Is it normal for a woman to discharge from her rectum?

At the beginning of your pregnancy, yes, discharge is normal. It may be very annoying because it stains your underwear and also tends to have a bad odor. The nick name for this is "the snail trail". It tends to go away after the first trimester in pregnancy. If you have it later than that though, consult your doctor because this could be a sign of a yeast or other bacterial infection which can affect the fetus.

Can you have a bladder prolapse and a rectal prolapse at the same time?

Yes you can! I have stage three bladder prolapse with NO incontinence or sexual pain during intercourse. What I have is a small "bulge" on the right side of my vaginal opening that is sometimes pretty much unnoticeable, and at other times a bit bothersome but no worse.

After reading stacks and stacks of information on prolapse, and their surgery's' poor success rates (Some sources say that almost 1 in 3 prolapse surgeries result in further need for future surgery, and incontinence developing where there was none before.),I'll avoid any surgery I can till physicians perfect the surgeries that are now available to us women.

Currently, I use a estrogen cream twice weekly and it seems to do the trick for me. And remember, I have stage threebladder prolapse, one that most sources on the subject say always calls for surgery. My gynecologist does not agree.

Prolapse is an often unexpected development of menopause that no one tells you about till you have it. There should be more information made available to younger women when so that many of them can possibly avoid these surgeries before we are candidates for them in the first place. My suggestion is to check out everything and choose surgery as your absolute LAST option. It's your decision, in the long run, and it will effect you for the rest of your life.

What is a rectal resection?

Bowel resection is a surgical procedure in which a diseased part of the large intestine is removed. The procedure is also known as colectomy, colon removal, colon resection, or resection of part of the large intestine.

What does it mean when you have yellow mucus coming out of your rectum?

Is this during bowel movements? Do you get a sudden urge to get to the toilet? How many bowel movements do you have per day?

You need to see your GP for a referral to a gastroenterologist ASAP.

Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) such as ulcerative colitis will present with these symptoms, but from your brief description lets not jump to conclusions, you will need a clinical diagnosis.

Diagnosis will most likely be made via a Colonoscopy if the doctor suspects IBD.

Let me know if you'd like more info on ulcerative colitis, I am a well trained health professional in this form of medicine but I am reluctant to put any ideas in your head right now, theres no point getting you all concerned when it could be something less serious and quite manageable. Information is easily found on IBD's all over the net anyway.

For now, maintain a normal healthy diet, avoid foods and drinks (such as alcohol) which irritate the bowel, and see you doc!

Why would your child's rectal area bleed?

There are several reasons a child could have slight bleeding from the rectum. Just like in adults, bleeding from the rectum can occur when:

  • Some children "hold it" rather than going to the bathroom. This can lead to constipation. Read below for how this can cause bleeding.
  • Constipation can irritate the mucosal lining of rectum, which is inside the body. Hard stool can create very small tears in the lining, which bleed. The bleeding would be in very small amounts, and typically bright red, changing to brown as the bleeding stops and the tear heals.
  • "Straining" to push out hard fecal matter. Any forceful straining against hard bowel movement can push against and tear the rectal lining. The biggest causes of constipation are: not enough fluids; medications that cause drying of mucous membranes or cause constipation; decreased activity or exercise; the kinds of foods eaten; and not enough fiber.
  • Hemorrhoids can develop in children, not just external but internal ones. A doctor can determine if a child has hemorroids.
  • Anal sexual abuse can cause bleeding also. Rather than questioning a child or doing an "examination" yourself, consult a doctor.

Doctors will probably exam, rule out causes, and make recommendations that could include: increasing fluids; change of medications that cause drying of mucous membranes or cause constipation to a different med; increased activity or exercise; a food diary for the kinds of foods eaten; limiting constipation causing foods; inclusion of fiber in the diet; and in some cases, a doctor might order a short term laxative for 7 to 10 days. Note: Long term laxatives are not good for the intestines. Follow your doctor's instructions to help your child develop good bowel habits.

NOTE! Any large amount of blood, bleeding that doesn't stop on its own (changing to darker color), or bleeding with pain needs an immediate visit to the doctor or ER. Call your doctor for his recommendations.)

What diseases and disorders can affect the rectum?

Feces (bowel movements; human waste) are formed in the colon (the low part of the intestines) and rectum. The rectum is the intestinal tube-like structure that connects the colon to the anus (the opening to the outside).

Besides STDs like genital warts, HIV/AIDS, etc., anal intercourse means exposing the male urethra and penis to fecal material (e.g. human waste).

Human waste or excrement contains high amounts of bacteria; a normal amount of bacteria in the intestines is needed to break down wastes from what we eat and drink. One of the most prevalent bacteria in human feces is E-Coli. During anal sex, E-Coli can find its way into the urethra (male urinary opening) and cause a bladder infection. (If a bladder infection is severe or untreated, the bacteria can travel all the way to the kidneys and cause a kidney infection.)

The female urethra is very close to the vagina and anus. The urinary tube is shorter in a female (one reason females get more bladder infections and get many more bladder infections after vaginal intercourse). If feces or even a fecal smear (not even enough to be seen with the eyes) gets too close to the female's vagina or urethra, she can get a bladder and/or kidney infection. A large majority of bladder infections are caused by E-Coli bacteria.

There are many problems that can occur (especially for females) from having anal sex. Contamination to the vagina and vaginal infection, or a bladder infection in either males or females due to E-Coli is one of the most important risks and should not be ignored.

If you choose to take the risk of acquiring an STD or bacterial infection and have anal intercourse anyway, it's extremely important to practice good hygiene and common sense measures. For example:

  • Both persons should wash beforehand.
  • Don't have anal sex right after having a bowel movement (or your partner that you are entering just had a bowel movement).
  • Wear a condom.
  • This is very important: Don't cross-contaminate -- don't go from the anus to the vagina. Don't use the same condom you used for anal sex.
  • Immediately after anal sex, wash your penis and wash your hands. Even if you wore a condom, E-Coli could be on the upper shaft of the penis or in your pubic hair.
  • This is very important: If you digitally penetrate (digitally penetrate means inserting your finger), you MUST wear a finger-glove. E-Coli will get under fingernails ! Never digitally penetrate the anus if you have any open cut on your finger(s) or if your cuticle around your fingernail is red, has broken skin, or has any sores. If you bite your cuticles, wear a finger-glove. And even if you wear a finger-glove, you must wash your hands.
  • This is very important: Never digitally penetrate the anus/rectum, and then digitally penetrate the vagina or touch the vaginal area. You *will* infect the female with E-Coli.
  • This is very important: Never agree to receiving anal sex if you have hemorrhoids, have had bleeding (even slight bleeding) from a bowel movement, or have any anal irritation. Even slight bleeding after a bowel movement means there is a break in the mucosa (special skin of the anus; same skin as in your mouth). Bacteria can enter any breaks in the skin, or can enter the small capillaries around hemorrhoids and can cause a bacterial blood infection! A bacterial blood infection is serious, requires hospitalization, and IV antibiotics to completely cure it.
  • Non-bleeding hemorrhoids can become irritated and start bleeding from the friction and pressure of anal intercourse or digital penetration. And then, E-Coli can enter the bloodstream.
  • Remember, movement also moves bacteria and viruses around. So, during sex, the movements you make into and out of the anus brings bacteria outward. A bacteria like E-Coli that is naturally found in the rectum and intestines does not belong in the mouth, eyes, on the face, in the vagina, or in the urethra. Remember that E-Coli causes severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea if ingested (just like when fresh produce or other foods are contaminated with E-Coli). Males and females need to take precautions to avoid getting feces / E-Coli on or in parts of the body where it doesn't belong.
  • Females in particular need to be diligent about making sure their partner washes his genitals and hands and insist on a condom.

Washing for females

For the same reasons, females should always remember to wipe and to wash from front to back only. Front-back, lift the washcloth away and rinse the cloth thoroughly. Then, do front to back again. With bathroom tissues, never wipe from "back to front" or you risk moving E-Coli from the outside anal area to the vaginal area or urethra.

Washing for males

If uncircumcised, males must pull the foreskin back and clean the head of the penis and all folds of skin. Then clean the penis and pubic area around the base of the penis (the pubic hair area).

Washing, for both males and females

Never skip steps of good, thorough hygiene! Use plenty of soapy water and rinse well, then dry the skin.
