Brandon Lee was accidentally shot in the spine during a filming accident.
During some earlier time, modified bullets were shot off from a gun as blanks. Unfortunately, they had been modified incorrectly, and the result was that a bullet became lodged in the barrel of the gun. The gun was then loaded with blanks, and used in the filming of a scene where Brandon was to be shot. The discharge of the blank propelled the stuck bullet and ended up hitting Brandon Lee, leading to his death.

He was shooting the first scene where 'Funboy's' gang were in their loft, and Michael (a.k.a. 'Funboy') aimed at a grocery sack which contained a fake blood pouch up against Brandon's stomach. Brandon clutched his stomach were the 'fake' gun had shot, twirled around, and slid down the wall. The directors, from what I hear, thought he was just mixing things up and joking. Once they said "Cut!", he didn't move. Eliza, I THINK, went over to him. His heart stopped beating, but an ambulance was called and they revived him. He was flown and taken to many places. His grave is next to Bruce's, originally where his mom was to be buried once she passed.
Also, the gun was fake, but it was improperly loaded. You see, the Weaponry guy, the guy who tells the characters how to use the weapons, didn't know Anything about guns. He took REAL bullets, cleaned the gun powder out, and put them back in. While they should have created a 'pop'-ing sound and exploded like, within a foot of the gun, there was just enough gun powder still left in the gun to make it strong enough to tear thru a grocery sack, Brandon's abs and a blood pouch.
Yeah. You could say I am obsessed

Did Robert e lee father go to debtor prison?
Yes. The father was Richard Henry "Light Horse Harry" Lee, a hero of the Revolution. As a delegate to the Second Continental Congress he had offered the Resolution that led to the Declaration of Independence from Britain. He was a brilliant man but terrible with money. He was involved in one impractical scheme after another. A few of these, such as one for developing land in the vicinity of Washington DC, were merely ahead of their time. Many prominent men of that era were perpetually in debt, owing far more than they could ever repay, and got by only by continually negotiating new loans from their peers.
Light Horse Harry Lee died of the lingering effects of a beating he sustained from a mob at the time of the War of 1812. Lee's friend and political ally was a Baltimore newspaper editor. The Baltimore mob got the idea that this editor was pro-British. Lee had gone to his offices to help him defend his business when the mob overran the place and beat him severely. He lived for a time and traveled to the Caribbean, probably to avoid further imprisonment for debt. He was returning by ship when he grew ill, and the ship's crew put him ashore at the Amelia Island plantation of his old Revolutionary comrade, Nathaniel Greene, off the coast of Georgia. Lee died in Greene's house and is buried on the Island. Robert E. Lee visited his father's grave for the first time as a Confederate general.
Harry's profligacy cost him the home where Robert was born in Westmoreland County, Virginia, which still stands. This was the ancestral home of the Lees, Stratford Hall. It was Robert's lifelong dream to recover this house, but he was never able to do so. After the house was lost the family went to live with relatives in Fredericksburg. Had Robert not obtained an appointment to West Point he would have had little opportunity for higher education. The traumas of these early days go far to explain aspects of Robert's character.

Lee was informed of the Union Army's exact position and relative strength via a spy "Harrison" employed by General James Longstreet.

What was the Confederate general who was the most famous and was once superintendent at West Point?
Clearly the Confederate General Robert E. Lee earned his fame and was respected by almost everyone. Respected, however, as much as it could be since he was a leader of the Southern rebellion. Lee was once a West Point superintendent. As an aside, Lee was not in favor of secession. As a loyal son of Virginia he became an adversary of the North reluctantly.
With the landing at Port Royal and its conquest the Federal were able to threaten the vital railroad that connected Charleston to Savannah, and these cities as well. It seemed that nothing could prevent their conquest.
Lee solved the problem in a simple and ingenious way.
He designed and built with extraordinary rapidity a large line of fortifications covering the line Charleston-Savannah . But unlike all previous coastal defenses of the Confederacy, not close to the sea, but several miles inland, completely out of the reach of naval artillery. In so doing Lee managed to solve the serious problem of fighting an invasion by an enemy who possessed the dominion of the sea.
The line put up by Lee in South Carolina and Georgia withstood four years and only fell when it was taken from behind by a superior army, coming from the hinterland.
How many years did Robert E Lee command the army?
He was appointed commander of the Army of Northern Virginia in summer 1862, after Joseph E. Johnston was seriously wounded and hospitalised.
He continued to command that army until April 1865, when he surrendered to Ulysses Grant at Appomattox.
He was also appointed to the new post of General-in-Chief of the Confederates in January 1865, a job which he thoroughly merited, but it was too late to make any difference.
