(second answer) At the time of their Tyra Banks interview, Taylor Lautner was working out like crazy to obtain his role in "New Moon." Rob, on the other hand, was coming off of his "Twilight" diet (which Catherine Hardwicke put a stop to because Rob got "too thin-looking" rather than being merely lean). Rob also hadn't yet begun training for his shirtless shots in "New Moon" when he was on Tyra in fall of '08. I'd put Rob's weight at 155 at the time (he's really very much the long, lean ectomorphic body type) while the compact mesomorph Taylor was probably beefed up to around 165 lbs.
Nowadays, though, the recent shots of Rob's physique from "New Moon" and "Remember Me" show him with more muscle in his upper body, as well as more fullness in his face, both probably due to his new eating regimine and the intense workouts for NM and the weeks of fight training for "Eclipse," which was filmed this fall. He's put on enough weight to make an estimate around 165 lbs. more accurate. He's still, by no means, a "beef-cake." On most US weight charts for height and weight, a 6'1" male at 165 is just inside the lean end of the healthy range for someone with a medium bone structure. For Rob, though, it's likely his ideal adult weight.
Incidentally, Taylor Lautner is rumored to now weigh between 175 and 180 lbs.--quite heavy for being 5'9.5" in stocking feet! But as we all have seen, it's a weight gain made up entirely of muscle mass. However, Taylor has admitted that this weight is really hard to maintain because it's not natural to his frame size, which, guessing by his wrists, would indicate a healthy weight that's nearer to 155-160 lbs. He doesn't naturally have a large frame, so after the Twilight Saga is over, his body may revert back to a more normal weight.
