Robot software is the coded commands that tell a mechanical device (known as a robot) what tasks to perform and control its actions. Robot software is used to perform tasks and automate tasks to be performed. Programming robots is a non-trivial task.

Most robot programs have a similar structure. It consists of 4 major parts.

um... pretty sure no-one's 'discovered' any robots, but if you mean the people who first saw them, then I guess that'd be the inventor of the robot? And the answer to THAT question would probably be someone in Japan. No racism intended. :)

With proper brainstorming and design, today's robots are capable of doing almost anything. I've seen robots perform a submarine crew rescue simulation underwater, scout an area for danger, and help nurses care for the elderly in nursing homes. This is by no means all they can do though as the constant developments of the field may suggest! Robots such as RoboFisher may catch fish on a real lake and you just stay home and control it from your mobile device or computer.

Underwater robots work similarly to robots that run on land, however the wiring and hardware are generally kept in a different location and heavily reinforced with waterproof seals.

A number of companies and universities are working on robot technology that's designed to either save lives or make life easier. Some are robots designed to perform jobs that are dangerous for humans, such as mine-clearance work.

Bomb Buster:

The Mini-Andros is used by bomb squads across the country to locate and dispose of bombs. Roughly three feet long, the Mini-Andros looks something like a small armored tank, with eight wheels on four "legs" that can be extended for climbing stairs. Its moveable arm can lift objects weighing up to 15 pounds and place them in bomb-proof boxes. Detachable accessories enable the Mini-Andros to break windows, see in the dark, and to defuse or detonate bombs directly, either by blasting them with water, firing at them with a shotgun, or by placing other, smaller bombs nearby.

Robots also venture into dangerously polluted environments, such as chemical spills and radioactive "hot zones" in nuclear power plants. Robug III is a spider-like robot specially designed to explore areas where extreme radiation would quickly kill a human. The need for a robot like Robug III was made clear during the Chernobyl accident in 1986. An explosion and fire ripped apart a nuclear reactor and released dangerous radioactive material into the air, making rescue and containment work nearly impossible.

Typically a computer is used to control a set of stepper motors which allow precise movement in steps. Power is achieved by the use of amplification boards which take input from the computer and output power to the steppers. Sometimes a feedback sensor, such as a touch sensor is used to start stop or cycle motions.

you can really put an unlimited amount on your robot using y cables, but for competition you can only use 10

Loss prevention -like human life- Bomb squads throughout America use camera-wielding robots to find bombs in evacuated buildings. If they accidentally detonate the bomb, only the robot is lost -no human life lost.

Robots are asexual.

Its is rarely sold on the market, You can't but in America, or anywhere else, except Japan it's self. Since they have not build many yet, you rarely can get your hands o them, and their Costs are sky rocketing out of the roof. Hope This Helps :)

Off-line Programming (OLP) is a Robot programming method where the Robot Program is created independent from the actual robot cell. The robot program is then uploaded to the real robot for execution. In off line programming the robot cell is commonly represented as a graphical 3Dmodel.

your life would be easier with a robot. like today we have computers and vacuums and they make our life easy already.

You can build a robot from trash or recycled stuff.
