A roller-coaster would go faster with more people in it because with moer people the better the ride alsothe people that are ridding will give the roller-coaster potential energy. A roller-coaster would go slower with an empty car will give the roller-coaster kinetic energy than with peolpe in it.

Another way for a roller coaster to accelerate is by using a hydraulic launch method. using cables to catapult the ride forward.

Any friction is due to the:

1, Area of contact.

2. Type of material

3. Force applied.

In any roller friction the area of contact is minimized by the rollers however with high velocity the force of gravity exerts on the wheels to generate friction.When the coasters come down from the hill sections the friction is maximum as the opposing gravity forces acts on the moving kinetic force.

First you select strata-coaster in the rides menu. Then you make a station. Next you make alot of straight pieces. Then you go straight up. go up some pieces then make one right turn. After that flatten it out and go straight down. Now make three right turns. Go down but not all the way. Then flatten out and go up a gentle slope. go down and put some brakes down. last make two right back into the station.

The brakes are basically 2 pieces of steel and then they close together to a certain thickness. There is also a fin on the bottom of the car which, when it tries to pass through that thin brake, it slows down or even stops the car.

There would be equal amounts of kinetic and potential energy at the middle of a drop, because the potential energy would have lost half of it's amount and the kinetic energy would have gained that amount but none else so far.

You can but dont let the people that do the rollercoaster rides know that your toe is broke because they might not let you ride , its all about chance if you want to take the chance of getting jerked by the roller coaster and hiting your toe on the rollercoaster floor or your other foot and reinjuring it then go ahead there no guarantee that you will or will not hurt yourself!

The design is impractical. Note that the summit of each hill on the roller coaster is the same height, so the PE of the car at the top of each hill would be the same. If no energy were spent in overcoming friction, the car would get to the second summit with as much energy as it starts with. But in practice, there is considerable friction, and the car would not roll to its initial height and have the same energy. So the maximum height of succeeding summits should be lower to compensate for friction.

That is the point when it has the highest speed.
